    Paid for the premium edition logo still shows, results innaccurate

    I reached out to let Search know that I had paid to have the logo removed and that the results were pulling up non-related items to the search. I supplied the additional info they requested with screenshots as soon as I heard from them. This was 2 weeks ago and no one has reached out and there has been no resolution. Keep your money, the logo is still there after you pay.

    Horrible

    This is a total scam and not working very poorly. Unless I guess, you will decide to use the paid version. Don't waste your time with this - it will NOT find correctly anything on your site and WIX - shame to WIX to let this App be available on their platform!

    Doesn't work well with ecwid app. Kept picking up random keywords from my terms of service as search suggestions and not my actual products.

    Slow... but does work.

    This search bar has slowed down my site majorly. I am using the free version and couldn't figure out what was slowing down my sites loading time until now. I was going to upgrade hoping that would increase the loading time but I do not see anywhere that this would change anything. I might just have to delete it completely or move to another page where loading time is not as essential.

    I had a bad experience since the comments I read are not very good to say, but they are not the only ones that have that problem, I also had it and as a tester of every application I order that they fix it because otherwise you will see a complaint and you will have to eliminate it .       Once you install Site Search+ to your site, you start with the free plan, which is limited to 30 searches per month. Meaning people can search inside your site up to 30 times, overall, monthly. Once the limit of 30 searches is exceeded, the search box becomes hidden from your site, and in the site editor it's displayed in red. I hope this could resolve your concern. Please contact us at support@instantsearchplus.com if you feel there was a faulty behavior of the app.

    I WASTED my time on wix, i tried making a nice shop to sell my products, invested a lot of time and now everytime i open an app like this one i see that in order for it to work properly you have to pay a shit ton of money, otherwise the Wix logo is gonna pop up everywhere. Just go to shopify, they dont run an app monopoly scheme. Your AMBITION is gonna cost you your business Wix team. What a joke.

    Absolute rubbish

    I installed the wix site search app (free version) on my website earlier today and what a HUGE mistake. The SEO tools which worked perfectly with my site before the site search app install are now struggling to even download the pages, let alone analyse them. I was so chuffed with my SEO progress and have worked hard to get my website spot on. Even though I've removed the search app and page page from my site, it is still struggling. I tried using site history to correct things but it hasn't helped either. Gutted that all my hard work has been for nothing.

    It Unformatted my Website :(

    It won't sync and it completely unformatted the header to my site and every page. I have to reformat my site to look the way it did before I installed this app. This was a horrible experience. I can't believe that this happened.

    So far a total mess. Asking for refund

    I tried uninstalling after the search terms did not offer any results. Now I get camera icons with no product picture. I asked for help and the first Wix response was "It looks fine from our end." but the screen shot they provided looked just like the one I had gotten after I had published my changes and searched again. I was not given any explanation of why products are not showing up or what I should be doing with products to make them searchable.

      Unfortunately Site Search+ isn't supported on restricted sites - the search engine needs public access to crawl your site and to be able to search it. Let us know if we can help with anything else!

    No longer works. We are a paid user and it is not working at all

    We have been using Site Search for months. If I added new product that I wanted to see in the search straight away I would manually click on the Site Synch update button. Our customers and staff use this search function a lot. I have asked for support but after many emails all they have done is initiated a Site Synch. I already did that myself over 50 times before asking for support. They didn't check any of the codes I told them was missing. Now it doesn't work at all. Not happy we are paying for this. I have wasted hours trying to fix it and my client is really unhappy. I never give bad reviews but I am officially annoyed enough to let you all know in case you are thinking about buying the premium version.
