    This owner is a liar. I am shocked by his response and accusations!! These people are oversea frauds

    UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY: It’s absolutely mind-boggling that this company is accusing me of ignoring their instructions when, in fact, I was following their requests exactly as they stated. I removed the forms as instructed, yet their dysfunctional app still managed to ban me. This just highlights the lack of customer service and accountability from some third-rate, overseas junk website that barely functions. Instead of taking responsibility for their broken system, they have the nerve to throw out baseless accusations. Stay far away from this app unless you enjoy dealing with incompetence and a complete disregard for us You need a form that actually works, this is not it. They take your payment, but after that, the system fails to function as designed. It locks you out of settings and is overly sensitive when accepting information the app deems sensitive. I spent the entire week trying build the site, and this forms app has been my biggest problem. Save Time. Save Money. Just avoid it.

As per our records, you were warned by our support team not to request any sensitive information on the form to avoid permanent suspension after a first attempt, as we do not allow this type of highly personal data to protect our end users confidentiality. However, we detected another form created on your account a few hours later requesting SSN + EIN, which goes against our policy. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding and are open to discuss further to clarify this matter at your convenience; please rest assured that we never did nor aimed to accuse you of any wrongdoing. Our support team have provided you with evidence of the form that was created with confidential data for clarification along with the option to be fully refunded, but received highly offensive and cursing words from you as response. Whilst we do not tolerate any type of profanity towards our team, we're still open to discuss, as your satisfaction remains our priority!

    Prior to purchase the fact that "CAPTCHA" is forced on all submissions was not identified. I would not have purchased this if that was the case.

Please rest assured that our Captcha IS NOT forced on the app. As per our records, we can see that out support team have reached out to you the same day, realizing the Captcha feature was enabled from your end (certainly by mistake) and already showed you how to disable it with just one click.     annoying only do this if you aren't easily annoyed

    you build the app - then when your done it says register - ok annoying but doable - do that copy your code at it the site - nothing - you get a message about faster speeds - speed on what you can't see anything - says "oh you have to verify your email" ok I go do that - NOTHING at all changes - so you refresh - nothing - so you delete and start over - no where does it say read to site or heres your code again - so I go to the website and login and it says you don't have anything here so now im like IM DONE!!!

    so...they convieniently dont mention its 10 bucks a month for 1 form...its hard to cancel.

    i had it for 2-3 hours and i cancelled..i would like my money back please

Please note that we have 4 plans available for all type of needs, and you can definitely create as many forms as you wish with the $10 Pro plan. Moreover, you can cancel your plan with us by applying the exact same steps for cancelling any services on Wix.     rubbish

    doesnt integrate well with wix - you have to keep login in to view the forms rather than seeing the forms from within the wix dashboard. Name of form doesnt pull throught to wix's 'inbox' poor customer service, no option to speak to a human being, but only via email and then thats too slow.

    It is madly bad.

    In the 21st. who would have ever thought to think that there can be a shittier form builder than this one is? I don't know if it is custom-made for mentally disabled people at school to play with computers in their spare time. But definitely, this is not a professional form builder for business sites. Please WIX! do me a favor and take this shitty app down imidietly. How could even WIX approve such an unprofessional app to propagate at its platform?

    Rapid response when things go wrong

    The POWR support desk always responds to email enquiries well within 24 hours. This time their developers had let them down by removing Excel spreadsheet exports and exporting CSV files with rubbish in fields originally blank on the form. Resolved very quickly after I alerted.

    Opps! Something went wrong Error not Fix. Help Desk says sorry!

    Ticket No.: 41314 I bought the premium subscription and added all the elements to my form until i couldn't allow me to add more elements. I then saved the existing one and exited the settings. I then noticed a error on my form. When I tried editing in tried opening the form and then gave me a 'Opps! Something went wrong Error'. Cleared the cache like a normal person would do and still no luck. Contacted Help Desk just to receive an email says sorry after three days of no reply. Told me to clear cache because their Form Builder is working maybe it's only me with the problem. Basically I am fuck! Do not get this product, get 123formbuilder instead, customer service is even better! You have been warned!

    Form Builder works great with another application!

    Form Builder really works great! I've noticed it works even better once i recently adopted a new email application called Hop. Hop works on top of my existing email, and practically integrates with tons of third party application and just gives my email a ton of new capabilities and features.     Frustrating!

    It was not getting synced with PayPal and there in no fucking support available to contact. I upgraded the plan but still not able to accept payments. Hopefully they will address my issue after reading this comment.

    WTF!! I don't know coding and you say me I've to write email in HTML

    The automatic emails sent by the Powr plugin have an incorrect text format. The text is flush to the left of the screen so it's difficult to read it. And it's not only for Outlook users, as the support told me! I have a Mac and use Mail, It has a wrong format either. The support replied me I have to write the body of the email in HTML to solve the problem, so my answer to you guys is: WTF!! I purchased this plugin because I don't know how to code and now you write me that to fix this issue I have to write the email body by myself in HTML??? Fix the problem and stop this bullshit. Besides, they support only Google fonts, so if you use a different font from Wix, you are toasted. "Obviously" I use Futura and they don't have it.
