    This owner is a liar. I am shocked by his response and accusations!! These people are oversea frauds

    UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY: It’s absolutely mind-boggling that this company is accusing me of ignoring their instructions when, in fact, I was following their requests exactly as they stated. I removed the forms as instructed, yet their dysfunctional app still managed to ban me. This just highlights the lack of customer service and accountability from some third-rate, overseas junk website that barely functions. Instead of taking responsibility for their broken system, they have the nerve to throw out baseless accusations. Stay far away from this app unless you enjoy dealing with incompetence and a complete disregard for us You need a form that actually works, this is not it. They take your payment, but after that, the system fails to function as designed. It locks you out of settings and is overly sensitive when accepting information the app deems sensitive. I spent the entire week trying build the site, and this forms app has been my biggest problem. Save Time. Save Money. Just avoid it.

As per our records, you were warned by our support team not to request any sensitive information on the form to avoid permanent suspension after a first attempt, as we do not allow this type of highly personal data to protect our end users confidentiality. However, we detected another form created on your account a few hours later requesting SSN + EIN, which goes against our policy. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding and are open to discuss further to clarify this matter at your convenience; please rest assured that we never did nor aimed to accuse you of any wrongdoing. Our support team have provided you with evidence of the form that was created with confidential data for clarification along with the option to be fully refunded, but received highly offensive and cursing words from you as response. Whilst we do not tolerate any type of profanity towards our team, we're still open to discuss, as your satisfaction remains our priority!

    I got 400 Bad Request, and login problem to powr dashboard via Wix.

    What an UI, please improve. And the API, connection is not stable. I got 400 Bad Request after while. After upgrading! Only come to know Google Sheet is not working. (Link failed)

    As others have complained (from months ago) this app still does not work on mobile applications.

    This same problem has been brought up continuously from users for months now. The same generic reply, "please email our support. we hope to hear from you soon." Here's an idea: consider fixing the obvious bug(s) that have plagued this app for months. Or continue to ignore your user feedback as you have so far.

    Prior to purchase the fact that "CAPTCHA" is forced on all submissions was not identified. I would not have purchased this if that was the case.

    annoying only do this if you aren't easily annoyed

    you build the app - then when your done it says register - ok annoying but doable - do that copy your code at it the site - nothing - you get a message about faster speeds - speed on what you can't see anything - says "oh you have to verify your email" ok I go do that - NOTHING at all changes - so you refresh - nothing - so you delete and start over - no where does it say read to site or heres your code again - so I go to the website and login and it says you don't have anything here so now im like IM DONE!!!

    so...they convieniently dont mention its 10 bucks a month for 1 form...its hard to cancel.

    i had it for 2-3 hours and i cancelled..i would like my money back please

Moreover, you can cancel your plan with us by applying the exact same steps for cancelling any services on Wix.     Do NOT purchase!

    This is the worst form app integration I've ever used! I paid for this and it is not updating, it's slow with changes, and apparently the same issues on their help desk have been unanswered for years! I like the templates but what good is the eye candy when it doesn't work! WIX needs to totally remove this app or it makes them look bad for even having this in their store!

    app worked for years, then they switched it out for the version that isn't free. Can't get any contact submissions.

      Hi there, All our apps are Iframes and are served and hosted on our servers, which require resources for their support. The free version was always limited to 25 responses per month.

    This app is garbage

    Added the app and immediately upgrading. Unfortunately, it won't work, we can't edit the form, and support has failed to reply. The only part of the app that's working is the "UPGRADE" button. Everything else gives an error that says the 'App can't Load'. I want a refund, this was a total waste of time.

    Needs to be more editable.

    I am unable to find a way to change the basic dollar amount on the submit button from $5 to $20. I am also unable to find a way to adjust the width of the form to be responsive for desktops and mobile devices.

    Eigentlich hätte ich gerne eine "einfache" App mit einem Mitgliederbereich. Der Kunde kann sich Registrieren und später in seinem Konto einloggen. Etwas ganz einfaches wie es bei Millionen Websites schon gibt. Hier leider nicht möglich, hab jedenfalls nichts gefunden. Es gibt scheinbar etwas mit registrieren, hab die Funktion aber nicht verstanden. Nicht logisch aufgebaut. Schade

    Terrible Customer Support

    I cannot recommend this app. It was working fine then yesterday it stopped working. First, the only way to contact support is via email which takes too long to respond. Second, the support person checked and it was working on his browser but not mine. So that was the end of it. Still not working and nothing from support. POWr needs to be much more responsive to their customers. This is NOT acceptable. A problem occurs with your app and I get no help to resolve it.

    Updated to Charge us More Money, Rebooted to a Form 3 Years Old, Wasted Hours of Work

    This company updated their app to charge client more money. the 3 tiers they chose for submission are a joke. When they made that change they undid hours of work for my business and changed form back to something we had 3 years ago. Outdated and does not apply to business today. Unprofessional and waste of time. IF a company makes changes to their product that is one thing, but not having the x's and o's figured how and screw up forms of clients is a joke. Will be moving to a different form app once we design one with a new app.

    Misrepresentation

    Again another app that tells you its a trial but does not tell you how much after the trial is done. For small businesses who need an app that does File Uploads which this one does BUT NOT under free plan. The price for this is $13.00 a month Pro Plan. It was misrepresented you could get this feature under starter plan at $4.75, false. Starts at Pro Plan. Just tell the people the truth and what to expect so they know how to plan and don't waste time. When you do these deceptivve practices it causes business not to trust you. I would have paid the fee, but just due to your deception tactics I will not pay. Uninstalling.

    produces junk data

    the csv file produced is not consistently formatted. that produces a spreadsheet whose entries are not in the right columns. which is totally useless. the only reason I haven't junked it completely is that I am in the middle of a project, and cannot switch data inputs right now. Don't bother with this piece of junk.

    rubbish

    doesnt integrate well with wix - you have to keep login in to view the forms rather than seeing the forms from within the wix dashboard. Name of form doesnt pull throught to wix's 'inbox' poor customer service, no option to speak to a human being, but only via email and then thats too slow.

    Tedious and poorly implemented

    I really would expect Form Builder to stop prompting me for reviews since I write scathing ones every time I am frustrated enough to respond to their popup feedback form (which completely interrupts your work until you acknowledge it, feedback is not a good reason for a hard-alert guys, it just isn't). Literally everything I've tried to do with FormBuilder is more difficult than it needs to be. Some things are done objectively wrong. In addition, the "unlimited fields" claim is patently false since if you're using conditional logic in your form, it gets laggy enough to be unusable after only several dozen fields. (yes, my form is long, but if you're going to claim "unlimited fields" in your advertising copy, you really should actually ensure that it's programmed in such a way that a long form will still be functional.

    Extremely buggy on file uploads

    Set file upload limit to 25MB, but can't accept PDF files even compressed smaller than 1MB. There's something in the support documentation saying that this is a false error caused by premature clicking of the "submit" button when the form is still uploading, but that's incorrect: the error comes up as soon as the file is selected for upload, before the user clicks submit. Don't waste you time with this buggy and poorly documented product.

    Not feeling confident at all in this ap or support

    I basically have no confidence in this form or support. My first day out, the form was not working on the payment side. I didn't realize this until I lost an entire day of sales. It's quirky. One minute it is working, the next minute - it isn't working. In addition, the Auto Responder isn't working at all. I sell a lot of services and I don't think this form works for complex businesses. It's probably fine for a few products. I am asking for a refund, please.

    It is madly bad.

    In the 21st. who would have ever thought to think that there can be a shittier form builder than this one is? I don't know if it is custom-made for mentally disabled people at school to play with computers in their spare time. But definitely, this is not a professional form builder for business sites. Please WIX! do me a favor and take this shitty app down imidietly. How could even WIX approve such an unprofessional app to propagate at its platform?

    Payment Error

    We are using it for donation forms and membership forms, and it seems to work for some customers but not others. Some customers report a "bad math" error, others have the "I am not a robot" test, but the submit button is not accessible because the form is not properly embedded. We have missed out on over $600 because people are unable to enter their payment info and complete the purchase

    this form will eventually stop working

    have my forms on my site for various of reasons and clients began filling out and always gotten error message. Done reported a couple of times. It gives you the illusion of professional but the function of it is awful from the audience view. Lost clients because of this
