Useful but frustrating

I like the functionality but its hard to build and very glitchy and I keep being asked to log in, its not recognizing my password and the reset password page does not work,

Great features but slow customer service.

The feautures are great but the customer service has become slower by the day. Some updates are relected on the app promptly but take 48hours to process the changes.

It's a good app, but I've had to ask twice for a response count reset

I am paying a subscription for this app yet I've twice had to ask for a response count reset. I wish I didn't have to because the app itself is amazing.

Nice forms but integration with MailChimp didn't work correctly for 2 years

The forms by themselves are good and allow for most of the functionalities that we require. However, one of our main reasons for picking FormBuilder was the integration with Mailchimp, which never worked as it was supposed to. When I brought this to POWr’s attention, at first they said that it was because I hadn’t set up the integration correctly, but MailChimp’s customer service assured me I had. MailChimp also told me that the integration wasn’t working correctly because POWr was using an old outdated API, 2.0 instead of the newer 3.0. When I brought this to POWr’s attention, I was told, in May 2021 “our Engineering team is working diligently to comply with the API update and that it involves massive testing before it gets implemented.” But then nothing happened until two years later, in April 2023, when MailChimp told POWr that they would not be able to accept data from the forms at all anymore unless they upgraded to 3.0. All of a sudden, POWr was able to quickly make the update

That app works well, but it constantly asks for a review, while editing!

Lack of options to customise local language and tailor email to recipient. But very responsive support.

Wix needs an import feature!

You need to add an import feature for Wix! Or at least warn customers of this before they start using the app! Otherwise, you make an entire form, then go to publish it, then you cannot import it, so you have to start from scratch making the form on the Wix page...Ridiculous!

Excellent support but frequent app changes confuse

Excellent support from Petal Charlemagne to provide a fix to a technical issue.

No ability to easily ad quantity to items. Has to be done as a drop down.

I like it, but some probelms

The forms are easy to customize, look nice, and have all of the question types I could want. However, I've had trouble connecting the responses to google sheets like it says you can, which is very unfortunate because this would make reviewing and processing form responses with my coworkers much easier. Also, I wish you could transfer the membership from one site to another without having to go through the old site.

A little disappointed

The App is nice but the support on what I thought were simple questions was slow. When I finally got answers It was disappointing. It seemed like something simple but it made using the app difficult. I will continue using and I hope my issue gets resolved.

Form Limits

I suspect that this form is much better if you upgrade. It has too many limits for me. specially in the options section. If you use the same work in 2 options, it will not work.

Great Form, but still getting erros

I really appreciate the user-friendly operation of this form, but whenever I click on the app from my WIX manager page, it gives me a 404 error to start. I have tried to find a fix and have not been able to get this page to stop throwing errors. That aside, the form builder is very easy and accessible.

Very good app but needs further development

I've been using the app for several years and it's been very reliable with one maybe one-month period where I was having trouble with submissions coming through. Nothing since, thankfully. The flexibility is good, allowing change in fonts, sizes, colors, the option for different input fields, such as drop-downs and multiple choice. However, I'm disappointed to see that little has been done over the past few years (even though the price has increased each year), such as no new backgrounds (or my suggestion from a few years ago was to allow us to add our own images as backgrounds) or that you can't have more than one question attached to a conditional(!!) My primary complaint is that the editing window is very small and you can't see entire questions. Its size really slows down the design and edit process and makes it easy to accidentally click off of and this means you can lose your work. This design oversight is MADDENING. I absolutely can't stand it.

Its ok

Missing the possibility to adjust text colors and sizes individually, can't remove the back button and so on. Loads of simple adjustments to make in the software that would make working with it way more enjoyable.

Why can't I test my form?

I'm making a form to launch my portrait order form, but it won't let me test it.

Guys we need have the possibility to offer a discount depending on the option. Example cleaning business: one time cleaning should be expensive than every week cleaning. We should have multiple option choice that depending how often they need the services, a percent of discount is offered

Great form but language translation is missing

A pop-up window shows up every five seconds while trying to build the form asking for a review. Highly recommend changing that.

appli assez simple mais convivialité graphique à améliorer

J'ai mis un peu de temps à m'y faire ayant essayé plusieurs autres applis. La version gratuite est pas mal, elle manque un peu de définitions claires ou d'exemples dans la partie aide. elle autorise un nombre de champs et d'options limitées attention en version gratuite. mais c'est deja bien. la récupération des réponses en tableau est bien faite.

Stop Spamming with pop-ups!!

STOP with the popup for a review!

This app is great... until they started making a popup every few minutes while working on the form. It's extremely difficult to work on a form while dealing with the annoying, interrupting request to write a review for them. I can't complete a single form edit with that continually happening. Update: It's true that once you leave a review, the popups stop. However, I do not like being bullied into leaving a review. One popup one time is fine. But to do it until I submit a review is a horrendous and angering practice. That being said, the app itself is fine and fits our needs.

Confusing...

The software himself is good, but if you buy it on POWr so you cannot connect it with wix (you have to insert it as HTML), you have to buy it on wix directly and don't do the same mistake as me

We have the Poll app, is there any other way to limit the number of times one can vote apart from blocking the IP Address we are a lifestyle Village and share a central internet server and some are not able to vote ( Says that you have already voted ) We think this is an IP Address problem Help appreciated RVHB Homeowners Association.

Works okay but has some issues

This works pretty well for the most part but when accepting payments I have about 5% of people not able to complete the transaction. I think it might have something to do with the browser or computer they are using because the vast majority of people can pay online no problem. But this is causing confusion among enough people that I am now looking for a different solution. I've had some very tech savvy people have this issue so I don't think it's just user error.

Great app, that does the job for us. But there some things that is a bit annoying; - The forms pops up late on the page when a visiting our site. - Not able to claim different taxes on shipping and product.

Useful for your business, very limited features on free trial though

Pop up for reviews

If you click on dissatisfied, Whilst you are concentrating to get something done, the form keeps on popping up annoying the hell out of you. Stop with the reviews already.

where is the multi-language option?

This is the only reason why i am thinking in changing from powr form because they don't offer the multi-language forms. Why don't you include this option?

Easy to set up and use but don't get why they charge an extra $5 for me to set up a form.

Good form - bad extraction

The form itself is good after few minutes of understanding what types of data are available but the excel sheet i received was corrupt and for some reason didn't support my language.

Beginning to build a form that can collect information from my participants and calculate the fees they will owe based on their choices.

I am still creating the form, but I kept getting prompted to add a review, so here I am. I can give a better review once I am able to see how the app works.

Still Learning

I am still working on designing the forms, but I wish there was a way to decrease the margins at the top and the bottom. I am using the forms as stand alone pages so the header ends up being too low compared to the rest of my site and if I move it up it covers the menu.

Nice but...

I kind of liked the older version, i use it a lot since my association move a lot around my country and we need this for inscription and payment but if the subscription work, the paypal system doesn't seems to work correctly, but don't know if it's the app or Paypal themself. To explain, when we are redirected on paypal to pay, the application doesn't let us sign in and so we can't pay and can't receive any subscription
