    decent but could be great!

    I wish there was a way to anchor product titles inside messages. If I want to enquire about a product, this should be already within the message body

    Constrained design choices

    It is easy to create multi page forms... but it is hard to make it look like they are not from 2004. The app has very few options for customizing the look and feel of inputs.

    Good but could be better

    The upload button should have a progress bar. If you upload a file you need to see it is happening and how long it will take.

    Great Form. Runs slow

    I have been using this form for a while now and the only complaint I have is the load time when viewing the website. I have had clients reach out stating they don't see the contact form and other saying it takes up to a minute to generate.

    its okay

    i would like to have a payment option for more than one amount. Once they complete the form, they should be about to select which size product they want. RIght now you only offer the option for them to enter what they would like to pay.

    Okay for now

    Out of all the forms apps I have tried thus far is one of the fewest that allow unlimited field additions. However, I have not tried to see if email notifications work. I will update my review after the 10-day free premium upgrade.

    Small features ruin it

    I looked at this app and thought "Look, another great app from Powr!" I've used their Polls and Forms before, and I've always been (pretty much) satisfied. I saw the template of the app and it was promising. I could customize the design easily (shame that apps have different colour choice than text and shapes). But one thing bugged me (I suppose with the Powr apps I've used in the past, it's the same story) - when a field is required, it has an asterisk next to the label. This doesn't look good with my styling. Also, I'm not sure about how visitors can only fill out the form once before it 'locking'.
