    Nailsea People is good at reporting news, great at using images to their best advantage BUT is a bits of an IT novice (technophobic to you) so when our contact form went haywire and we reached out for help the service was first class. Thank you, highly recommended xx

    Cannot Optimize it for Mobile use

    While creating a website, for me most of my customers/visitors are Mobile users. So I need to make sure that the apps/tools i use in my Website are optimized for mobiles too. I tried every possible way even responsive ai, yet the problem still persists and it will not pop up in the mobile screens. Please find me a solution.

    Great app for collecting data and files

    The forms on the website are well-administered, and the reception of files and data is good. I appreciate that we needed error message translations into Czech, and the company solved it for us. The support is great, thank you - I recommend it!

    Good app but this logo...

    I really appreciate the developers' hard work. They've done a great job with almost all the features. However, I'd like to mention that the logo on the Free plan seems a bit outdated way to generate new customers... I believe there are alternative ways for you all to attract customers. As a user, it feels a bit awkward to me.

    Okay. Still Learning It

    I have not been using the app long enough to give an experienced review. On your website is difficult to find the "contact us" area in order to free type out an issue I was having. Once I found it, the person who assisted me was very polite and helpful. As far as I know, he fixed my issue.

    Luiz Campos was more support than we could ever have hoped for!

    Luiz was efficient from the beginning of our issue until the end. He was quick to respond and was able to resolve our issue when we were not being notified via email when a "Submission Notifications" was submitted. According to Luiz, "It looks like your email host was somehow rejecting our emails. After checking, I have whitelisted the address manually from our end and applied a few changes to make sure the issue is completely resolved." The form was bouncing back on submission. With that, our issue was resolved! guess I was lucky when Luiz was assigned to our case :)
