    Does not work

    I purchased the paid version, but the changes I make to the Social Bar design in settings don't automatically update on my site. When I try to fix this by embedding the code, it includes developer marketing elements like a "rate us" button that can't be removed and appears on the live site. Support tried to help but requested collaborator access to troubleshoot, which I was hesitant to grant. I then decided to delete the app, but I can't find a way to cancel the subscription. The developer dashboard and Wix show no active subscriptions, yet payments are still being deducted from my bank account.

      Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear about the issues and confusion you encountered with the app. The "Edit app" and "Rate us" button are only visible to your as admin, meaning it's not showing on the live site. Regarding the embed code, sometimes we need access to the site in order to fix any issue you might have permanently. Finally once you delete the app, the subscription is cancelled automatically. You probably deleted the app incorrectly, but you can rest assured that we can help with that too. Feel free to reach out again, we'd love the opportunity to help!

    easy to use, great customer service!

    the app is easy to use, i did have difficulty using (because of my own stupidity) however, Luiz was quick to attend to and resolve the matter. A+ everyone, cheers all around!

    I like it a lot

    It's easy to use and is honestly more intuitive than a lot of the settings and UI on Wix, and the icons look good. I wish they had an icon for "Buy Me a Coffee." Maybe in the future!

    Does it adjust automatically?

    I'm not entirely sure if that's how it's supposed to work, but as soon as I added the widget to my website, I noticed it adapting to my design automatically... Could be a coincidence, or maybe it's just a feature you guys built in :) Either way, thanks for the app. It's been really helpful.

    7$ / month to upgrade, if you don't, they put an obnoxious icon right next to yours that leads to some made-in-china-quality tech service. Absolute garbage, money-for-zero-work scheme.
