    Not compatible with mobile users, very limited on desktop

    The Constant Contact app does NOT work on mobile view. Guess how 90% of my website visitors access my site??? Completely worthless. Their pop-up and in-line forms are also NOT compatible with Wix. Keep looking.

    faulty

    It is cool to automatically generate an email to the leads when they sign up for newsletters in the lightboxes. I like this feature and signed up for the premium plan. The email marketing feature is quite good, but what kills this app is its shitty lightbox function. However, the lightboxes wouldn't appear when I tried to scroll up and down on the web page, but the page still darkened! Plus, I wouldn't be able to click on any buttons on the menu. I have to close the browser, open a new one and then reload my website. I don't think my customers would like, I removed the app but wasted the money already.

    NOT free - they take money from you!!!!!!

    This app claims to be free if you have less than 25 people sign up - HOWEVER that is a lie. They have been taking money from me without my permission and I have only ever had a total of 3 people sign up using the app through my site. Absolute rip off and thieves. Stay well away!!!!!

      Please note that apps cannot take money from you unless you upgrade to Premium and insert your credit card. In addition, I do not see any charges on your account regarding this app. Please contact the developers of Constant Contact about this.

      Hey kacymru - sorry about the issue. It could be because you did some testing with your own emails? We count those as well, since we don't know what are test emails are what aren't. Just delete the app and install a new one. This will refresh your 25 people sign up limit.
