issues with viewing comments
a client uploaded a comment on 13/02 and wasn't visible, only today 16/2 and only long enough for me to be able to respond back. Now comments have disappeared states 'No healthy upstream'. Internet is working fine. Also I would have expected to receive notification when comments were made. Received non so far.

Frustrated
Wix integration is frustrating. Cannot display in multiple locations on site without it creating multiple apps. When I imbed with code it shows advertising for itself despite me being a paid member. Customer support request submitted. Waiting for response.

Deletes Reviews
I dont like the app as much it deleted over 20 reviews i worked really hard to get & now it looks like i never had any reviews at all

A Pain in the A$$
As a web designer, I find the free version of the app very confusing. The free version seems to built in a way to confuse the customer into paying for the upgraded version, but instead becomes so frustrating that it makes more sense to delete it entirely and turn to other providers of this function or negate it all together. Simple funtionality like deleting a comment cannot be be done in wix but rather being forced to create a POWr account and add or delete comments from their website instead of being able to stay within Wix realm. Save your money, save your time. Unless they open up some of these simple features for the free site, stay away.

Much to improve
I like the design, I like the authorization via FB and Google, but this app doesn't provide many functions. The worst thing is 3MB limit for photos. Seriously? 3MB in 2021? I can't attach a photo from my phone camera. Also, reviews are not dedicated to each product. If I put plugin at the product page it shows all the reviews on any product page. What's the point? Also, this service is not integrated with WIX at all. It can't send emails with review request after the product is shipped.

You have to pay to approve comments
This is a bummer. I get they need to make money and sell an app, but I cant just leave comments wide open. It is the exact problem Wordpress and others have. IMO this should be included in the free offering.

All reviews are being shown on all products, not just the one it was meant for.. how does this get fixed?

Reviews showed up on each various product page
a review for one product showed up on every single individual product page. It should be common sense that you'd want the reviews for a product to show up on only that products page.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you experienced this but the same review was displayed on every product page on your site because the same Reviews app was used multiple times on all the pages. If you want to prevent that then a different Reviews app will have to be added to every product page on your site. That way, they are not synced and they won't all show the same reviews. Dynamic page
Hey, can it be used in the dynamic pages ? what i mean is, i have only one dynamic page, but it shows 1000's of different content in each time you click on an image in the gallery you know, so if i put it in the dynamic page, will it have the different comments for each content the dynamic page shows ?

Hello, Each Gallery app that you create is unique so if you want to have multiple Comments apps on your site, they would have to be installed separately to ensure that the same comments/reviews don't show up in more than one instance of the app. Please reach out to POWr Support if you need further assistance with this and we would be more than happy to help!

los comentarios no me aparecen , las secciones estan mal divididas , la pagina principal de comentarios deberia ser ''todos'' y abajo las secciones de las otras subpaginas , en cambio me aparece principalmente una subpagina principal , y cuando voy a todos no me aparece ni mis propios comentarios.. malardo..

1000 Character Limit & Backend Data
The functionality is easy, but there are functions I wish this offered. I'd like to be able to edit the1000 character limit to increase as needed. I love the anonymity function, but I wish it required those posting to input their email address and name and checkbox whether they'd like for it to be public- that way we (website developer) can reach out to the person directly to address any comments.

Pretty expensive for what it does
The prices keep going up, but the service only gets worse. I'm constantly having to tweak things and I have been paying for an upgraded package for a long time now and now, all of a sudden, my history is blank and it wants me to upgrade. I've had many problems with this app.
