    Useless

    I tried the free version, and comments went to admin moderation. (I'm the admin.) I tried to add the comment to my website, and change the default that comments go to moderation, but both tasks required an upgrade. So it seems I can collect comments, but not display them unless I pay for an upgrade. What good is that?

    I upgraded the app and there is still no way to add star ratings. THis leaves a big blank space. I also don't see a way to link the review box to a specific product, so what good is it? Emailed support but no response.

    Why

    I don't understand why I have to pay extra just to have this on my page so my customers can leave a review. Why do they have to add an email just to leave a review and a different one every time they try to leave a review. Everyone I know that has Shopify does not have this problem. This needs to be fixed seriously not happy. I will be deleting this.

    Not so good

    The app is not looking great on my website. When someone adds a comment with picture, the thumbnail appears small. When you click on the thumbnail to see the picture, it opens aligned to the middle of the whole app, meaning that if you have a lot of comments looks like nothing opened and you have to scroll down to see it, it gets lost

    When somebody comments on my post, it shows up on all of the other posts, the comments cover my content, and there are no reviews. You also can't rate anything.

    Very confusing and not working as expected

    There is no way to contact support except for leaving message in here. I am unable to respond to any reviews that were posted. My email address that I set up for review notification has mysteriously disappeared preventing any notifications from being sent to me. Overall, a very confusing and frustrating app.

    It is a headache

    you do not get notified when someone writes a review, you cannot turn off the annoymous feature, buyers cannot edit their review onces its been post it. Its a terrible app

    My reviews disappeared.

    I have had 4 reviews completely disappear from my site. I worked hard to generate those reviews. but now they are gone and my customers said they did not delelte them. What's up with that?

    Notifications Do Not Work

    Paid for the App. So only ONE notification received and nothing since even though I have verified my email address. One customer has posted the same review around 5 times as she didn't have any notification it was successful!!! Another customer has posted his comments three times and I have no idea where the post actually is, maybe on another site because we certainly don't have it. We also can't remove multiple posts when you go into the Comments Plus + page, there is a bin to (I Assume to remove comments) but nothing happens at all when you press it. Looking for something better, glad I didn't go for a yearly subscription.

    Notifications not working

    I havent been notified nor been able to use the feature to approve the reviews. I paid for it so i left it for awhile thinking it might take time. Then I discovered I had a negative review for over a week and didn't even know about it to attempt to respond. It was heart breaking for me.

    Unless you pay a subscription you will not receive a notification that a customer has left a review, you wont be able to see it and neither will anyone else so that customer... You need to pay to for the watermark disappear, beter if only watermark on using of pro features with free plan. PLEASE RESPOND TO ME

    Awful

    Unless you pay a subscription you will not receive a notification that a customer has left a review, you wont be able to see it and neither will anyone else so that customer was basically talking to themselves. I understand that I could pay the $80 a month to use it but the free version isn't anything, it literally does nothing. Don't waste your time and have an embarrassing situation with a customer like I just did.

    Wish it worked...

    I've had 3 customers in the past 2 days tell me that they are unable to leave a review so unfortunately, I am missing out on customer feedback which would potentially help to drive sales. I've been told that they either get a notification that says "Please save/publish this plugin first" or they cannot click on the "Post Comment" button from mobile or desktop. Any way I can get in touch with someone about this? I haven't had any luck...

    You should install App manually on every product page

    I am very disappointed of this app. It doesn’t work at all if you use a dynamic product page generation. If you put the app on dynamic generated product page - all written comments for one product will appear on all products pages, not only on the page of the product for which they are written. And with such comments under products the e-shop looks ridiculous. And the only decision recommended by Developer was to … install the app each products page separately. Can you even image this for more that 5000 products? I cannot! And at last - there is no option for moneyback!

    The same comment goes for all products

    It's impossible as the developer suggests to other critics for this issue: the "product page" in Wix is only one in the editor, so every time a product is selected to view, the app installed with the editor in the "product page" will be display for every single products which doesn't make sense. I understand that for the developer is difficult to sync the comment and review for each single product, but this is exactly the purpose of this app I just switched to the "Comments" app and works great: you ad their app in the "product page" and for each product you have only the related comment.

    Customers cannt leave comments

    Many people wanted to leave comment and told me they left a comment, but it doesnt appear in my comments. They were coming back many times, trying to put a comment, using different devices, different emails, but nothing. What to do? Please help!

    The price is a joke! To expensive!

    4 US $ per MONTH! The same price like for the complete WIX service for a little, simple comment tool?! No thanks!

    Won't work on mobile

    I've had lots of customers try and leave reviews via mobile and it just doesn't load them. Bit of a waste of time if it doesn't work correctly on all devices.
