    Managing the app sure does fail a lot. have to reload half a dozen times before I can make an adjustment.

    Not Free

    It's too bad I'd have to pay to moderate comments. I'm a small business of one and have to watch where/how I spend my business's money. It looks like a good app.

    Ok so far but where are the stars?

    I just started using the comments/reviews app by POWR. After a few hiccups getting it working properly it seems to work well. One missing feature from this app. is the common star rating system. This app does not have that. Its almost a necessary standard in todays social media comment/review experience for consumers. Not sure why POWR decided to go without that specific feature. Overall the app. works as expected

    a Flaw

    Alright it seems a Wix flaw them, where a logged in users who has purchased the product can enter a review and the review would automatically pick up its details like in almost in any other website. ------ on Wix Stores , even thougha customer is logged in, while posting reviews, this app asks him to login again via FB or Google, It should automattically take details from logged in user, like his name and picture. - so removing it, not suitable as of now.

    app does what it does for free

    I only gave 3 review, just because we can't edit the messages our clients reviewed. They sometimes make mistakes or use our real names and we don't want that our names are showing in the reviews. so please make it that we can edit messages of clients

    Instructions Not Clear

    Would have liked step by step instructions in the app. I am not sure what page this information will show up on. This is probably an awesome app for individuals that have knowledge of website setups. But for a novice like myself I am not sure of what I am doing.

    I really liked this app because it's great for feedback but I'm seeing the same reviews on every product. Is there a way to change that??

      Thank you for your review. If you use the same Comments app on every product page then you will see the same reviews on every page. A separate Comments app has to be used on every product page for the reviews to be different.

    New app on my website

    This has been easy to install and comments started coming in. But...Many people who told me they they left a comment, don't show up in my comments. My husband tested to tried to see if his comment shows up and it didn't. Can I fix this issue? If not, I would rather change to another app.

    Too expensive!

    Comment apps must have the ability to moderate the comments before they get posted, given the number of trolls on the web. That function must be included free!
