    Setup

    The app was an easy setup & user friendly. We wish the admin features were included in the free package. Small business owners starting out are always trying to find cost effective ways to gain and keep customers without spending more than they have.

    Needs the ability to Reply

    In some ways this app is the best commenting app, it's easy to design, you can delete comments with the free plan, and it works well. But it NEEDS the ability to reply in order to be good for much anything!! What if somebody leaves a testimony or a question or an issue and you can't reply to them a thank you or an answer or a solution!! Please please please add this!!!

    Good Customer Service: Lack of Functionality

    Hi all, If you're attempting to add Reviews to a specific product (e.g. each product has a rating out of 5 stars) then this app does not have the functionality for it. On the bright side, customer service replied within an hour or two and was helpful and to the point.     Gets the job done

    This app gets the job done. I wish you had a way to make the reviews a slider or something so they dont just take up your page. I even tried upgrading to see if they had it but nope. Dont want to switch apps and lose the reviews I have now so.

    Pretty Good

    I just started using the app & was playing with it to see how everything works in it. & I noticed that when I enable for visitors to post anonymous without having to use an email & username but when they do they show as "Anonymous" without a name or Username that they put in. Is there any other way we can get people's username or name in the post when its not requiring a email also?

    I have one question. Does this plugin allow a user to leave a review on the same page (same product) more than once?

      Hi there, Thanks for your question. Yes, it is possible. However, in comments thread everyone would be able to see that this review was made by the same user. Since user would need to login via Google or Facebook. You can also activate anonymous comments feature which is available in starter package. This feature will allow users to post anonymous comments without logging in Google or Facebook.

    Does what it says

    Great add-in for collecting users comments, I use it on my wix blog ad it works well, just wish we could add a new, seperate comments box to each individual blog post as currently you have comments from one blog post bleeding into another.

    Ich muss mindestens einmal die Woche die Kommentare löschen. Es ist in den letzten beiden Wochen (wie auch heute) jedoch wiederholt nicht möglich, in die Einstellungen zu kommen, da die Verbindung zu POWr gestört ist.

    Sigan mejorando es una muy buena App para que tus clientes pongan buenos comentarios. El fallo es que al agregarlo en la página de productos para poder vender online, la plantilla se copia automáticamente ha todos tus productos que tengas y no puedes añadir individualmente una ventana de comentarios a cada uno de tus productos.
