    Not the Smoothest Experience

    While they made an effort, communication was very difficult, and it became apparent that the situation was beyond their capacity. After dealing with multiple issues, I no longer felt confident in how things were going and had to create a different method for collecting my RSVPs. Sadly, this led to losing several valuable weeks before my event.

      Sorry to hear you didn’t have a good experience. Unfortunately, PayPal requires verification of your business account before the credit card fields can be used. This process is handled by PayPal and typically takes 24–48 hours to complete. Once your account is verified, everything should work smoothly.

    Disappointed

    The app has almost no utility when using the lowest cost version (not even a free version) except showing the names of 5 events. For small organizations it's not worth spending that kid of money for a simple calendar.

      Hello. We offer many options for the lowest tier plan. For example - up to 5 events. connect Eventbrite, ticket tailor, Zoom and many others. Customize styling and design of the widget.     Does not work

    This app does not work, saying my "free trial" is over and never even installed it and you need to pay to use 70% of the app

    BUGGY!

    App goes in and out on our website. Participants can sometimes see the registration screen, and other times, it doesn't show up on our page. Contacted the developer, so we'll see what happens.

    Does Not Work! AVOID AT ALL COST!

    Purchased the premium and it does not work at all. Only ready one Eventbrite event (I currently have 19 listed).. Their website has no information, no pages, no contact info - this app is designed to just get people to buy and steal their money)... AVOID AT ALL COST!

    could be much better

    the app is buggy, super limited, and the base UI isn't attractive. I have been using for months and for the first time my events are not showing up. I've contacted customer service and have not received any response.

      Hello jducay9. I've been active with returning emails so I apologise if I missed yours. There was a small amount of downtime due to a change on the Eventbrite side. The issue is now fixed so your events should re-appear. Contact me on wixeventviewer@gmail.com for any issues

    does NOT WORK in MOBILE view

    The app does NOT WORK on MOBILE DEVICES or in MOBILE VIEW -- which really stinks since more than 50% of people access the web with a mobile device. I have this event viewer on my site so that ALL of my EventBrite listings would be visible (instead of only 3 in the free version). As soon as I discovered the problem I contacted the developer and was repeatedly told that a fix would be available soon -- that was a year ago -- and STILL NO FIX. BEWARE when purchasing 3rd party apps because you have NO RECOURSE through Wix if there is a problem with the app -- even though I bought the app through the WIX store, they told me to contact the app developer to request a refund because there is nothing Wix can do about 3rd party apps -- had I known this, I would NEVER have purchased a 3rd part app.
