    Not for me.

    I have subscribed to the upgraded plan. But my Attendee page is locked still asking me to upgrade my plan. plus the summery page does not display the event location. I tried to reach Live Chat but No answered.

      Hello! You can enable location in our settings page. We do offer live chat support, though responses may not always be instant. It looks like you only waited 20 minutes before posting your review, and this was on a Saturday. Please note that our chat indicates it may take up to an hour to respond.

    Disappointed

    The app has almost no utility when using the lowest cost version (not even a free version) except showing the names of 5 events. For small organizations it's not worth spending that kid of money for a simple calendar.

      Hello. We offer many options for the lowest tier plan. For example - up to 5 events. connect Eventbrite, ticket tailor, Zoom and many others. Customize styling and design of the widget.     Problems using free version

    I added the app and connected to the EventBrite site, but couldn't see my event. Turns out the event was on the wrong EventBrite account. App and EventBrite match on email address. Will test further when event is sorted out

    BUGGY!

    App goes in and out on our website. Participants can sometimes see the registration screen, and other times, it doesn't show up on our page. Contacted the developer, so we'll see what happens.

    Does Not Work! AVOID AT ALL COST!

    Purchased the premium and it does not work at all. Only ready one Eventbrite event (I currently have 19 listed).. Their website has no information, no pages, no contact info - this app is designed to just get people to buy and steal their money)... AVOID AT ALL COST!

    could be much better

    the app is buggy, super limited, and the base UI isn't attractive. I have been using for months and for the first time my events are not showing up. I've contacted customer service and have not received any response.

      Hello jducay9. I've been active with returning emails so I apologise if I missed yours. There was a small amount of downtime due to a change on the Eventbrite side. The issue is now fixed so your events should re-appear. Contact me on wixeventviewer@gmail.com for any issues

    does NOT WORK in MOBILE view

    The app does NOT WORK on MOBILE DEVICES or in MOBILE VIEW -- which really stinks since more than 50% of people access the web with a mobile device. I have this event viewer on my site so that ALL of my EventBrite listings would be visible (instead of only 3 in the free version). As soon as I discovered the problem I contacted the developer and was repeatedly told that a fix would be available soon -- that was a year ago -- and STILL NO FIX. BEWARE when purchasing 3rd party apps because you have NO RECOURSE through Wix if there is a problem with the app -- even though I bought the app through the WIX store, they told me to contact the app developer to request a refund because there is nothing Wix can do about 3rd party apps -- had I known this, I would NEVER have purchased a 3rd part app.

    Remove imges?

    Is any option to remove images for the list events. I don´t want the images appear. Only the text. This is possible in the actual version?

      Yes, this is possible. If you go to the settings app you can deselect the "Event Logo"

    Buggy!

    I am using the free version of this app, and it looks like it has potential, but there is no ability to play around with the layout. My text is appearing as a long skinny column and is essentially unreadable. Help!

    Works. Want to use it. Has bug. Need features.

    Works well and we want to use it. But it has a bug in displaying the date and times. Please fix. Also need to login to Eventbrite with our credentials so we can see only our own private events.

      This bug was fixed soon after it was discovered. We updated Event Viewer with new features and addressed and stability issues

    Decent features but doesn't show text properly

    It does basically what I need it to, but the event start and end times show random symbols instead of "AM" or "PM". It's incredibly annoying and frustrating and I have not been able to find a way to fix it or even find contact information to someone with Event Viewer that can fix it.

    What's up with the Chineses

    I was planning to use this until the AM and PM started showing Chinese. Can that be fixed, because the app works great otherwise.
