    Great for closing sales

    Just a great app with what it offers! I’ve been using it for years on may platforms and I’m planning to stick with it on Wix. Thanks to the automations / campaigns in LiveChat, we saw a 25% bump in our sales.

    Live Chat is awesome. I had a really good time to trial it and their own live chat support was great

    They really do 'walk the talk' and took the time to answer my questions, to help me decide which package I needed in an honest way - which wasn't the most expensive one for them. Their after sale support has also been magnificent. Most of all the software is great, it does a lot of stuff, customisation is fabulous and the integrations are good too. I am using the facebook one, though I think it is a little overpriced, I understand it may be free in the future. Happy to pay for Live chat - you won't regret the investment in your business and the efficiencies it can create if you spend the time to really work through it and set it up as you need it.

    This is just amazing! Awesome!

    This level of customization is something no one gives. They literally allow you to edit the basic CSS structure to customize as you like!!! Plus, a 24/7 professional support team is so helpful that they let you step by step through everything!! Amazing, recommended!!! :-))

    spanish-> Estaria bien que todos pudieran hablar a partit de cuentas y de no cuentas , con emojis , fotos , videos y todo tipo de archivos, ya se que eso no es facil de hacer , pero se puede conseguir. Eso si, me parece maravillosa la idea de chatear con personas incluyendo a amigos. ESTA MUY NICE 👍🏻

    Отличная программа!

    Очень помогает при обратной связи. Если клиент не нашёл полезной информации на сайте, то он просто уходит. Понятно, что обычным предпринимателям сложно максимально эффективно настроить свой сайт, а эта форма обратной связи позволяет потенциальным клиентам оставлять свой номер телефона и, если Вам действительно есть, что предложить, то вперёд на общение с клиентом! Первая программа на маркете, которая мне по настоящему понравилась.
