    Not working on Mobile

    Even though the icon shows in the editor mode, when you preview or go to the live site, there is nothing on mobile. Very frustrating

    Missing crucial function

    Missing the function whereby it engages people to write their email during a livechat. For example a pop up that says. "Please leave your email in case we are not quick enough to reply your message before you leave the website (livechat). We will then make sure to send you the answer for your question via email." Currently the livechat only engages visitors to write their email if no agents are online. That should also happen even though agents are online as some costumers are lost by them leaving the website before an agent had gotten the time to reply their question.

    Great app, but pricey.

    For small business, add up 19 dollar a month for just a chat app... not a good idea,

However, at the same time, we provide a significant amount of additional functionalities not offered by other chat providers. These include e-commerce tracking (you can track the number and value of your sales using live chat conversations), advanced reporting/analytics or a ticketing system.
