    It's a fraud!

    After you install the app, it will force you to upgrade and after upgrading it will not let you connect the feed at all. There is no support as they do not respond even after emailing.

    Doesn't disclose how many feed per tier level

    I was hoping investing would allow me to create feeds and when it only unlocked 1 I was very disappointed. 1 account, 2 feeds seems under value compared to other plans. I really was hoping this would be more bang for the buck.

    This app looks terrible and works terrible

    I paid for this app almost a week ago. Never worked properly the feed does not work as it should at least on a linked in Feed. I contacted support. It is some randon Zendesk Robotic CS which keeps giving the same non sensical answers. They told me on day one that it is clear that it is a bug. And everytime i ask for an update i recevie the message that they are looking into it with no resolution. I asked for a refund and they cannot find the payment because I paid through WIX. I ask WIX for a refund and they say they cannot refund third party apps that THEY take the money for. I would not take this app and considering this experience i will also probably moe from the WIX platform. The value and quality of a service is measured when things go wrong and how well they are able to solv issues. This was totally useless

    Not great

    This app only shows the image and you have to click the photo to see the actual post associated with the image. in mobile view the post doesn't show at all. Not helpful as we use Facebook to help engage customers and to teach.

    Challenging to set up, difficult to get help

    I spent literally HOURS trying to troubleshoot adding this app to my website. They only offered help via chat and I was told no one could call me to walk me through setting it up. After my first attempt to get help, I was told he didn't know why it wasn't working and it must be a problem with Wix and just try again in a few days. That did not solve the problem and I spent another nearly 2 hours with another person on chat before I finally got it. Ultimately the app never worked and I had to delete it and have the link embedded. I still have no idea what happened.

It looks like your Wix account was somehow not loading properly, hence you weren't able to add us a contributor to the site nor connect your instagram feed to the app. That's why our team recommended to try again in just a few hours later. That said, it is definitely not the experience we aim to provide and you can rest assured that we provide assistance not just via chat, but also email and Google call. We're really sorry that your ticket wasn't redirected to a call and for how long it took to finally have your Social Feed set up. Your patience was essential in helping us sort everything out for you and while we're currently investigating on what exactly caused that issue on your wix account, we have sent you an email in order to compensate for the inconvenience.     Fantastic and quick support

    Arlyne at Powr was amazing after I had tried everything to trouble shoot my issue on my Wix site re-integrating the SM feed. I explained my issue, sent screenshots, and a few hours later support had fixed it for me. Thank you so much for the great support. Definitely worth trying all options myself before reaching out.

    Good customer service

    I love it, it's a great way to expand our reach

    I love Social Media Feed, it presents our social content beautifully, updates on its own and basically takes care of itself. Support is incredibly helpful. I've only had one issue, but I just couldn't figure it out. It took my support person, Luis Campos, literally 3 seconds to find and correct the issue for me. Who doesn't love that?!
