    Never though it could be this easy!

    Launch was a piece of cake. When stumbled into questions, Jivochat's customer service exceeded all my expectations, so in addition to launch, tuning our chat service to even better was also world class-level!

IP'yi engelleyebilir ve görüntüleyebilirsiniz, ki benim için tüm bunlara çok yeni başladığım için, istenmeyen insanlara cevap vereceğim şekilde mükemmel görünüyor.     Very stable and secure

    Jivo looks very professional in the way that handles the chat window. You can block and view the ip, that for me as I am very beginner to all this, looks perfect the way I will respond to the unwanted people. It's very simple to use and most important is that for a free version has enough tools to cover every aspect of a serious web site chat. Thanks Jivo.

    Great platform, The free version is a great starting point

    We have been using Jivo for a few months and the platform is great. Considering upgrading to pro, yet the cost per agent is a bit too expensive for our size. The consumer service is great, Emerson from Jivo was very helpful with all of our questions.

    Nice and flexible app for any type for sites.

    Our company is a regional representative of the one of the biggest international motor oil company in Kazakhstan.     It's best among all

    I tried many apps and this seems to be the best among all. Snappy, extremely easy to start & config. Have so many features & on top of that you get 1 year free pro licenses. The only improvement I can suggest the developer is to give option of icon for chat rather than square bar, so it would take less space on screen when not in use.

    Приложение сочетает в себе множество полезных функций помимо чата.

    Приложение очень удобное и понятное, содержит множество нужных функций, которые помогают следить за аналитикой и посещением онлайн. Очень понятный интерфейс и отличный подбор скинов. Среди всего обилия чатов остановил свой выбор именно на нем, в первую очередь из-за интерфейса, который так нравится посетителям. Из минусов - были небольшие проблемы с интеграцией на WIX, но служба технической поддержки в кротчайшее время решила задачу. Спасибо им огромное! Отличным бонусом идет виртуальное АТС от Живо. Так-что устанавливайте, и даже не сомневайтесь в ВЫБОРЕ!

    Первая проба интеграции JivoChat на свой сайт Wix.

    Недавно задумался о создании онлайн-чата на своем сайте. Скажу честно, задуматься заставила не объективная необходимость (у меня маленький региональный сайт и почти 100% клиентов просто звонят), а "ненавязчивое принуждение" со стороны поисковой системы Яндекс. Они по-сути открытым текстом говорят - хочешь лучшие позиции при поисковой выдаче, заведи чат и привяжи его к сервису Яндекс.Диалоги, а это также будет учитываться Яндекс.Справочником. Короче, хочешь продвигать свой сайт - делай. Прочитал справку Яндекса (он кстати тоже рекомендует JivoChat) подумал, что не справлюсь. Написал в поддержку Wix, они тоже порекомендовали Jivo, дали ссылку - там все оказалось легче. Думал потрачу на эту интеграцию целый день, НО в результате все заняло 30 минут. Немного запутался с настройками Jivo, обратился к их оператору, который быстро, подробно и ДОСТУПНО все разъяснил. Второй раз обращаться не пришлось. После настройки (язык, цвет, приветствия и прочее), скачал программу управления чатом на компьютер и мобильный телефон. Все просто и работает без проблем. Плюс, подключил у них интернет-телефонию (бесплатно), дали в подарок 1$. Проверил, позвонил себе на телефон - работает без задержек. Итог: компания хорошая, рекомендую.
