The chat works nice. Looks good too. Yet it is hard to say who the site visitors are chatting with. Can't integrate with Slack, can't integrate with Teams. Settings dialog has no SAVE button and I don't see any way to integrate it anyway. Why exactly are they wasting my time?

logo size on wix via mobile is too small
I can't seem to get my logo on the website to be launched in a decent (seen) size when opening the site from a mobile. From the laptop it seems ok, but from the mobile, its is too small

I wish I could recommend this app!
They don't tell you that it only works on a desktop. Most of the live chat apps will show on both desktop and mobile automatically. This one "works" on mobile view, but you have to go through a tedious set up process. Who has time for that? Most people that install a live chat have a business to run. Even when you install it in mobile view, you can only customize the buttons so far. Not to mention, if you open it in a new window, it takes away for from the "intrusiveness" of a chat option. I wanted to give it a chance, but I will have to delete this app from my site.

This is a great app because it lets you trigger chats with your visitors automatically so I don't have to keep my eyes on it. I can also chat right from my mobile phone so I never miss a chat.

two overlapping tabs
I'm happy to change my rating once I get this to work. I have the Wix mobile app and when I enable chat I get "a second" tab. So apparently, the Wix app and this app do not work together as it states in the description, correct? If not, please help. I have had to disable both because it looks really silly to have two overlapping chat tabs. Honestly, I do prefer the Wix app chat for the website, but it is not available on the mobile friendly versions.

Limited as hell, not worth if you want something professional
This app is limited within a lot of features. Doesn't have automation system to send messages nor does it have live time to see who is visiting. Not worth it for its little features. Wasted 10$ and I do not recommend to anyone who wanted to see who is on their website or send message. Literally paid, got on, saw it was shit, deleted it. BIG WASTE

Hi there, I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the product. We do support canned message responses with our shortcuts feature, so not sure what is meant by not having an automation system to send messages. The product does require a live agent to chat though. Our product also supports unlimited agents for a single price.

The Best Live Chat App
This is the most user friendly live chat app I've found. It was easy to install, didn't glitch and I get real time chat notifications that I can manage from my phone or from my computer (which is mainly what I was looking for since I'm a small business owner I always have my phone on me but I'm not always at the computer). Highly recommend it.

Great Live Chat Support App
This works great and is exactly what I was looking for. The only thing that's a downer about this is the 20 chats a month limitation. One thing I would like to have known about this is when I went to my dashboard and clicked the tab for this app to reply to messages there is a link saying try a demo of this app and when you click on it you are able to test the live chat on a separate window but it wasted 1 of the 20 chats you get a month. A warning would be nice.

La aplicación es buena, pero he me ocurre que cada semana la configuración se pierde y debo ingresar los datos nuevamente. La semana pasada me contactaron de su equipo indicando que no volveria a pasar y sin embargo hoy volvio a ocurrir.

There arent logout time out feature.
I mean that when i close my browser the service still thinks im still using it and it shows that im online.

I want to remove this app and when I click on it nothing happens. It is stuck
This is extremely frustrating. I really want to remove this app now. When I right click on the app the editor does not open. It seems to be stuck Definitely needs work

Can't answer my costumers - FIXED - EDITED REVIEW
Below is the original review (2 stars). I sent an email to the support and got an initial reply after about 40 minutes from James. Now, four hours later the issue is fully fixed and working flawlessly. Best part was the high quality service and speed. I will update this review again after some experience with users in Hebrew. For now it gets solid 4 stars. -------------------------------------------------------------- I'm trying to "write and press enter to accept chat" in the queued section but when I press enter I can only go down a line as if I want to keep writing. I need help. Other than that, it looks pretty good
