    Does a job.

    Good basic functionality but terrible support. Randomly started pasting to the wrong place on my spreadsheet but I was told by support this was working fine. Tried to downgrade to a lower priced package when I removed one of the premium features and I was told that I would have to cancel altogether and then resubscribe. Ridiculous.

    Excellent app & service.

    It was the best app for forms until I found out they stop sending you submissions to your Email after just 100 submissions. I'm already paying for Wix's services; I don't find myself wanting to pay extra for such a basic feature.

      Dear User, Thanks for your review. I do understand your disappointment, but the changes do not apply to existing Premium users. You will continue using your current Premium package with the same functionality and price permanently. The Starter plan has the same price as Premium and includes all the premium features (expect some limitations that are practical only for heavy traffic sites). Have you accidentally canceled your current subscription? I will highly appreciate if you drop as an email at support@boomte.ch! We'll be happy to assist you.

    how to remove the no-reply

    Hi I purchased your premium plan and can't seem to get rid of the no-reply@boomte.ch attached to my Business name when my clients receive a confirmation email from the form submission. Please inform my how to change the no-reply to my email address instead. I have tried everything but nothing changes the reply address. When they hit reply it shows my business email but in the email header it displays the no-reply address beside my business name. Please advise me on how to change this. DP

      Hi, This is done to avoid phishing. As messages are sent from our server(boomte.ch), setting the email sender to yours will be considered as phishing and many popular providers will not accept them. So, there is a possibility that some users will not receive your email as their providers will not accept them. Anyway we can manually setup a feature you need on your form, but there is no guarantee on delivery success in some cases.

      Dear User, The Free package is limited by 100 submissions/month, which is properly specified in the App features description. Please send your website URL to support@boomte.ch for further assistance. We'll also check whether the limit is reached for your form. It might be a case that some minor bug caused the issue.     Downtime

    This app has one to many downtime if my customers catch before i do. This has happened twice. Not sure if it's reliable anymore. Can't afford my clients forms going down at a crucial time in their business. No explanation. Not sure if I can get money back either for clients.
