    Buggy

    The app has been experiencing periodic issues, with reviews sometimes missing and connections dropping. Additionally, it's expensive for such a small thing, considering the annual charge.

Regarding the issue of missing reviews or dropped connections: this is a known limitation of Facebook’s system (which appears to be the platform you're using for your client). Unfortunately, these disconnections are part of how Facebook manages app permissions. That said, we ensure full compliance with all third-party requirements and automatically send notifications to your Facebook-associated email when a disconnection occurs, allowing you to reconnect promptly and avoid any disruption.     Would like the carousel to be automated

    It does what it claims, however, it would be nice if I could automate the carousel review option & control the speed.

      hi warjamand The use of "automated moving content" such as a carousel is always discouraged for usability reasons. It also would make the app and your website much slower. We are deliving an app that runs on several websites and slowing the experience of your users would also have load time and SEO impact. We suggest you consider looking up on google articles as to why an automated carousel is a bad practice. Feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss this further

    Good product with some minor annoyances

    All in all, this does what its meant to do. Decent amount of customization options to fit your page design. The biggest complaint I have is how the review display window seems to shrink and grow in height based on the length of the review. I thought I had it perfectly positioned on the page until our first particularly wordy review came in and suddenly it was overlapping other elements on the page. So to account for this, I ended up needing to leave a decent amount of whitespace below the reviews that only gets filled properly when large reviews come in. I would like to see an option to set a character limit for the displayed reviews, or a way to "lock" the size of the display window so I can always count on consistent sizing. If I'm doing something wrong here, maybe a dev can chime in and tell me how to solve this. Over all good product though.

I would like to confirm that we do have a fixed vertical layout with scrolling in our pipeline but we are waiting for other aspects to be fixed on the Wix side before we can introduce more changes.     Reviews are not updating and cannot find the contact info anywhere

    The reviews have not bee updating on my website from Google over the past 5 months. I am not sure what is going on, but if this is not fixed soon, I will find another app that works.

The app, as any apps on Wix, shows a demo display until it is configured with some options. If you are looking to configure your Google reviews you need a working Google MyBusiness location with reviews and allow access to your account so the app can fetch the reviews.     Not the best

    all the images show that you can show multiple reviews at once. nowhere does it say that you only get to show one review? At least have one review that shows but cycle through your other ones when the page is refreshed instead of the same one showing until you get a new review.

      Hi Jess The freemium version of MyReviews is indeed limited in functionality because as a small business we do rely on premium users fees to run the service.     Linking to Google Reviews

    The new version requires you to authorize them full access to your Google MyBusiness account. Including the ability to edit, delete, or take control of the account. You guys must be out of your mind.

      Hi Caleb, we do not require full access, this is a feature force by Google. The official Google way of providing access to their data does not give the option to just read your data. We do not use any other functionality but unfortunately this aspect is not our choice but Google forces it in their system.     Worst Customer service ever

    I made a typo in my purchased domain and want to change it after one hour of purchasing it. spent over 1 hour on the phone waiting and speaking to Wix advisor and then they refused to correct the domain. absolutely not recommended

    the new mobile view

    the new mobile view "THAT YOU CANT CHANGE BACK AFTER YOU ENABLE" cuts off a lot of the review that some clients leave! I and others take what we do seriously do not want to read half a review or in "my reviews words, skim through them easily" such rich and important words from our clients now lost on mobile because we cant change back

    support is joke

    1st it very hard to find out how to contact them, so many pages and the help center just relinks to the same page. 2rd you have issue. Ie want a refund. You cant contact no one. They say they will reply in a month. so they just take your money for a site you never use or used. Also I never thought it was a repeat billing until they take out 180 dollars and it seems impossible to get it back. I recommend finding another site that wont just take your money if you dont use it

    Great App & Customer Service

    I initially left a three star review because I was confused by the initial delay in loading all my apps. That said, the customer service was very responsive, assured me that the app will load fully in the near future once an update goes through (which it did), and they also gave me some tips with the Facebook configuration. They even followed up with an email to confirm that the rest of the updates were loaded and to see if I need anything else. Great job by the app team!

    Am i stuck with it?

    OK, I've looked at it and decided not to have it (it looks ugly, unless you pay £5 a month to change the way it looks). How do I uninstall it? I gave it access to my Google reviews account (even permission to modify reviews!) . I want to reverse that, but there is no 'uninstall' option. Not happy :-(

We do provide a free version that is fully customisable apart from the number of reviews and the layout styles, but you can indeed change colours, font and add the review in minutes. As a small business we do indeed rely on the premium of this app to make sure it runs and indeed it does allow to add your reviews in minutes. Also be assured that when your app is deleted the configuration is also removed from our database so we do not retain access to your Facebook/Google/Yelp accounts or data.     Great for external app reviews....BUT

    I love that I can easily add my FB reviews, but I wish there was an option for people to leave reviews directly on my website! I want to reach those without social media as well. I'm tempted to find another review app for that reason though I'd rather stick with this one, perhaps this feature will be added soon?

      Hi Brian, Relying on reviews systems such as Google, Facebook and Yelp helps collecting verified reviews. If we had to build our own reviews internal systems these users would have to authenticate with our systems and we would need to maintain and qualify these reviews. This is definitely a much bigger challenge and Google,Yelp and Facebook to already they best to minimise the amount of fake reviews. Due to this complexity we are currently not planning to build a system to leave reviews directly.     It really works

    I was looking for options to automatically display Google MyBusiness reviews on my website, so I added this App amongst a few others. Within a day I had deleted all the other ones, because MyReview just works; it does everything I want it to do, and the customer service has been excellent. The app is very easily customizable to fit the intended website, with loads of display/layout options

    Best Website Making App Ever

    I am creating a website for a school project and I have tested everything! Originally wix was a bit hard to use but know I have gotten the hang of it and it is AMAZING! I cannot express how easy, hopefully and good it has been. My project is on the Korean War and it looks perfect with the modern amazing choices. I also and using the free one and it is working perfectly. Thank you !!!

    upload failed

    i started with free plan and later upgraded to a monthly subscription. recently I canceled my subscription and when I started again, it has stopped working and I have paid already. when I removed access from google and granted again, I don't understand why I need to grant permission to edit and delete my listing???

      Hi S4Blinds when we request access to your Google review information we can only ask a single type of permission. We do not edit or delete location but Google does not allow to not request this access. When you see the list of permissions required it is on a Google managed page and they force what goes there. As much as we would like to change it there is nothing we can do to make it simpler. About your recent problem with the reviews please notice Google has introduced a bug and we are trying to fix it but if you contact us through our Facebook page or support page at https://blog.myreviews.link/feedback/ we can fix it in 1 minute.     Really useful app, but could you please also add Etsy reviews? Many Etsy sellers are making websites nowadays, but it's really important not to loose all the feedback that was earned so hard. Showing Etsy raiting would be super useful! Thank you!

    Looks good but there is an issue?

    Hi, I got more Google reviews since I implemented but the App is not updating to display the new reviews that came in since it was activated? I tried disconnecting and reconnecting Google Business account but it still shows less than reviews that my biz currently has. Can you advice?

    Lagging site, can't delete

    Wix moves at a snail's pace as it is, but myreviews just killed my load time. Now it won't let me delete it, even though it's been removed from all pages and billing has been cancelled. Pretty unhappy.

Our application loading does achieve 98 out of 100 on Google Pagespeed.       Hi segawix, as per similar reviews we are an independent business with costs and we would not be able to deliver the service without a premium. Also we suggest you invest some money into stable apps that do provide greater value to your business. 5 $ a month is very cheap compared to "building and maintaining" this from scratch.     $4/month is too much for this app

    This needs to be a free app within Wix to be honest. Its a basic feature that shouldn't ask for additional payments. Creating a button with a link to google reviews is free and allows for ALL reviews to be seen. I do understand getting paid for your work though. If this app had a 1-time payment of $4, then maybe,... but not monthly recurring payments

      Hi Page2020, sorry to read your negative review. On a fully maintained setup like Wix you will have recurring costs. We do maintain servers because the data is pulled and fetched regularly, stored and rendered for business everyday not just the first time the user installs the app. Negative feedback such as yours based on premium costs are extremely negative for a business. I am afraid our service would not be able to survive because we do not just deliver a product but a service that has to be up 24x7 and this is not only extremely expensive to achieve if you had to manage yourself as a business owner but also complex. $5 dollars a month for a business is an extremely low figure for the benefit.     Waste of money

    An all round awful app, very limited control over layout and size. I wish I hadn't wasted my money, thank heavens I only paid for 1 month! Edit - it also doesn't pick up the correct number of reviews from Google, no doubt that will be Googles fault!

    Not working with Iphones

    This feature works great on PCs, Mac Computers, and Android phones, it does not load at all though on Iphones, regardless of whether you use Chrome or Safari to view our site. I am unable to find any information on if this is fixable on their site. If I can get it to work across all platforms it would be great. Waiting to see if customer service gets back to me
