    Buggy

    The app has been experiencing periodic issues, with reviews sometimes missing and connections dropping. Additionally, it's expensive for such a small thing, considering the annual charge.

We’re glad you’ve been using the app to manage, display, and customise reviews from multiple platforms—all in one place, and at a monthly cost that’s less than a coffee at Costa in the UK. Regarding the issue of missing reviews or dropped connections: this is a known limitation of Facebook’s system (which appears to be the platform you're using for your client). Unfortunately, these disconnections are part of how Facebook manages app permissions. That said, we ensure full compliance with all third-party requirements and automatically send notifications to your Facebook-associated email when a disconnection occurs, allowing you to reconnect promptly and avoid any disruption. While we’re always disappointed to receive unexpected negative feedback, we remain committed to delivering the best experience possible through MyReviews.     Je n'arrive pas à ouvrir les paramètres pour modifier

    Bonjour Je n'arrive pas à ouvrir les paramètres pour faire des modifications alors que j'ai pris l'option premium. Comment faut il que je fasses car je ne peux afficher qu'1 seul commentaire. Merci Hello I can't open the settings to make changes even though I took the premium option. How should I do because I can only display 1 comment. THANKS

    Not the best

    all the images show that you can show multiple reviews at once. nowhere does it say that you only get to show one review? At least have one review that shows but cycle through your other ones when the page is refreshed instead of the same one showing until you get a new review.

      Hi Jess The freemium version of MyReviews is indeed limited in functionality because as a small business we do rely on premium users fees to run the service. We also do transparently describe our app features on - the Wix Market place https://www.wix.com/app-market/myreviews (plans are described as allowed by Wix) - We have a website where users can read the FAQs, https://blog.myreviews.link/faqs , for extra information related to the service and how it operates. - On the app itself it clearly states the difference between freemium and premium Again as our service relies on fees I am afraid we do not focus our attention to the freemium version as this is indeed limited to provide a preview of the service, as such I am afraid we will not be able to implement any extra features.     $4/month for this? Really?

    The functionality is good. I wanted to do exactly what this app does, but let's be honest: it's not an extraordinary concept. Additionally, I strongly believe it is SO NOT WORTH the $4/month for premium. This is totally ancillary: other apps that indeed are really useful cost the same (with real actual usage that justifies paying for them). $4 for a perpetual license... I'd pay. $4 per month? No way.

      Hi Marcelo, sorry to hear your disappointment. The app however does everything as promised as you said and you could use the free version if you want to. Also notice that there is no way to build an app like this without running servers and getting developers to continuously maintain the app. The whole concept of a perpetual license is ok when there are no running costs for simple plugins but this is not the case. I honestly think that rating an app low when it does everything it promises and does not hide any cost is really unfair.     kept getting error 500 message intermittently
