App is good, but has some major bugs and bad support
Don't purchase the option for the mobile app, it doesn't work. Also, doesn't import events from csv files. Good luck trying to get support's help. They don't respond, and the ai support is terrible.

Reasonably easy, not fully customizable and extra app + charge if you want to edit events on mobile
Our application at this time is pretty simple so the booking app is a good option as it is much better than the Wix booking app and their focus on services (we're a VRBO). Two issues I've hit so far are below, and since one is a deal breaker I'm back to finding a good option to show our available dates that doesn't cost more money. Already paying for Wix which should be easy to use for booking/availability, but isn't for this scenario or our experience so far. Deal breaker: Cannot edit or add events from my mobile device without yet another app "mobile app" and paying their Premium subscription charges of $6.99/month or $5.99/month if paid annually. The other issue is small but not ideal: Blocking of the calendar is just a line. Cannot find a way to customize it to show the entire day blocked. We rent a home and need to just show full days blocked or a half day on check in/out dates, etc. The line works but is not visually as easy to 'read' as the colorblock on the entire space

The layout is nice - but a few issues
The look is good, but there isn't an easy way for people to book your events through the app directly. Also there is no way to cancel in the back end once you subscribe, so you need to message them directly to do this.

Its a pitty for calendar synchronisation
I have switched from free Wix Events to Boom Tech in order to be able to see the events in my Google Calendar. This function is currently non-existent, but I hope it will change soon. Additionally, I hope there will be an option to synchronize in one direction only. I wouldn't like my private meetings to be displayed on the website's event schedule!

Es necesario que como usuarios podamos cambiar de plan Upgrade, es un poco molesto tener que cancelar o eliminar calendarios con todo lo que eso implica. Quiero pasar del Bussines al PRO y parece una misión imposible

It's a decent calendar. I'm not able to get the French nor the Spanish versions unfortunately. It says the content is not translatable.

Has limitations
I like this app or rather I REALLY want to like this app, but there are little, yet important things that makes it clumsy. I am unable to have individual email responses on different events. To me that is unacceptable if you are sending out emails to clients for different events. This should be one of the key components for any new event! What is the point of having the same body of text in al emails for different events! It is a shame.

Dear Jay, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback <3 I can definitely see how this feature could be beneficial, but unfortunately, it’s not something that we offer right now. However, as stated in the conversation with our support specialist, having individual confirmations for each event is one of the must-have features that we are going to implement in one of our releases. As for now, I suggest putting all the important information in event details, so if needed people can check it. We will be so happy to keep you posted as soon as the feature will be available. Buggy and slow to get help from support
Been using the starter version for several years. We have an art gallery ands its used to post class schedule and info, Very important! Trying to update calendar for a new month, screen goes blank every time attempts made to edit text. Contact support via email and wait for a reply...24+ hours so far...

OK when it works, but buggy & unreliable
The Calendar is fairly easy to install and sync, however every single month, even on a paid for subscription it seems to drop out and needs re-syncing, which is a super basic issue which you wouldn't expect an app to, specifically if they think its good enough to charge for.

Sharing the event
The links for sharing the event on social media is not working. I saw the preview but on clicking the event nothing happens. What can i do? It's a great app but, this is important! please can you do somthing? Thank you!

Hey Sage, Truly, the past events are also counted in the Free 7-event limit. Actually, we have discussed the option of auto-deleting the events once they occur. But this turned out to be not a good practice, as most of our users later edit their old events and display them again. You can delete the past events with two easy steps - go the the Past section of your Manage Events window and click on the event you want to delete. Users cannot see location of events
I know this is not billed as an "event" app, but it's a calendar for listing things like events...so even though on the admin end, I can type in a location, on the front end, even after clicking "more", there is no location visible for our events. Why? I have a work-around by typing it in to the description, but really...

Hi! We reached out to you concerning this, but unfortunately didn't hear back from you. The event details should be saved and displayed properly. There could be a temporary crash on your end. Have you tried to refresh your page? BTW, this function was Premium previously, but we made it FREE :) So it's available even if you're using the Free plan. I like this event calendar, but the fact that you can't remove the register button I don't understand. What if I just want to show people what is happening without them having to register? It should be possible to remove the register button, I think.

I decided to replace the old calendar do to manual labor with every input. I'm hoping this system will allow for a much easier transition.

Lots of Upgrades Required, Not Super Customizable -- Works the Best for Free/Premium
A little glitchy and not a great user interface for set up, but definitely gets the job done the best out of what's offer on the Wix app store.
