    Не работает

    Всё нормально работало, переместил календарь на другую страницу, перестало работать. Вернуть всё назад тоже не получилось и переустановка приложения не помогла.

    Fail during Crunch time

    Unable to see scheduled event on calendar. A late event add on and the app will not work.

      Dear customer, You have reached the limit of 10 events in the free version, and other than that, you have no upcoming events to display in the agenda view. We sent you instructions on how to change your settings and besides this offered an AMAZING PROPOSAL at the event so you can enjoy the app to the fullest. Kindly get back to us.

    Very limited!

    I spent hours , and realized the free version only allows two events to be visible on the front end of the web site calendar. False advertising! Allow me to to add 15 events on the back end, but only shows 2 events on the front end of the website. Very frustrating! I wasted a lot of time. You will have to pay to get the full features.

      Dear customer, Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the app. As mentioned in our app's description, in the free version you are allowed to add 10 events in total(repeating events included).     Didn't work

    This app shows nothing but "You have reached your calendar limit."

Please kindly send us the URL of your published calendar to support@boomte.ch email address and we will immediately fix this issue on your end. Generally, the note you are referring to appears when the permitted limit in the free version is reached. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

    Events don't appear

    There's alot to like about this app. Except when I have to keep adding the same event which shows up on the Manage Events but not when the website is published. This is SO annoying!

      Dear customer, We are glad that overall you like the app :) Regarding the concern, please note that in the Free version you are allowed to display 10 events in total. And the repeating events are also counted as separate events. As long as you already have 10 events on display, newly added ones are not visible on your live website.     Works at first but stopped working

    This app is pretty good, for like 4 months it worked and now, I am adding events to the calendar and they aren't popping up on there. I'm not sure how I feel.

    Not functional

    Could not get events to display on my site. Calendar looks blank although events are added. Pretty useless app

      Hi, Are you perhaps using the Free version of the Calendar? Please note that in the Free plan you can display 7 events. So even if you add more events, only 7 events will be displayed in your calendar. Please, reach out to us at support@boomte.ch so we can have more details about your issue and help you fix it.

    i am trying to add another event and it doesn't show up!! it's so frustrating.

      Dear user, Our support team has reached out to you several times regarding this issue. As you are using the Free plan of the Calendar, you can display only 7 events. You had already added 7 events on your calendar, that's why the new events didn't show up. However, we deleted your past events so that they didn't take up space, and now your new events are visible. Please check your calendar and kindly get back to us at support@boomte.ch to confirm everything is fine.
