    Dosent Work

    Doesnt show up on my website at all. Cant even find out how to edit info on it, and I cant delete it, because it says to go into my editor to delete it, and it is not in my editor

    Why would I pay for an upgrade when the FREE version does not work? WIX should remove this app. It is hogwash.

      Hi, every time you install or update, you have to delete your cookies. We just added an update to enforce deleting cookies before pushing updates live. We hope that you can give this product another chance. Thanks for your understanding.

    Product isn't working and asking me to purchase again

    I bought this app and it is telling me to buy and add again. The hook popped up once and I never noticed again. I want to delete and want my refund because I just bought not even an hour ago.

    I can't get rid of it

    It doesn't show up on my editor but shows up on the actual site. I can't get rid of it because it just says to go to your editor and delete it... but I can't because I can't see it!

      Thanks for your feedback. Exit-intent technology relies on a number of factors. If you have a pop-up blocker or use a browser that by default blocks pop-ups, it will not work. 99% of the time when users have a problem, it is due to these aforementioned items.

      This app can be deleted like any other app. Please follow this instruction: edit page-> you will see a logo from the top center -> them remove it  like other apps

    Link to page error

    Link to page error, only show little of my whole pages name... so i cant link to my specific pages... its bug?

      Thanks to report this kind of "issue", however the pages name were return from WIX API directly, we dont have rights to control them. We have forward this kind of "issue" to WIX
