Cualquier duda, escríbenos a support@light-tech.io. ¡Gracias! Equipo de Light-Tech

Ok, but terrible at cropping/placing larger photos
Couldn't crop and center larger photos. App kept reverting to wrongly placed image.
Stored reply
Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we're sorry to hear the cropping didn't work the way you expected. Just to clarify: images are center-cropped by default, but our app does include a built-in crop tool that lets you reposition and adjust larger photos exactly the way you want. You can find a step-by-step guide here: https://help.light-tech.info/articles/image-cropping-and-replacing-an-image We'd love the chance to help you get your gallery looking just right. Please reach out to us at support@light-tech.io — we'll gladly walk you through it and make sure your photos are placed perfectly. 🙌 Thanks again for your feedback, and we hope to hear from you! Works great buuuut
This widget slows down site speed and causes lighthouse failing score
Stored reply
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we truly appreciate it, even when it's tough to hear! 😊 We're glad the app is working well overall! Regarding the speed concern, our app is designed to load in under 1 second. However, there are a few external factors that can sometimes cause higher latency: 1. Internet connection – A slow or unstable connection can impact how quickly everything loads. 2. Large image sizes – Heavy images can slow things down. Optimizing them can really help! 3. Wix TPA behavior – Wix loads third-party apps after the main site, which can make them appear slower. 4. Heavy site builds – Many extensions or a complex site structure can add to overall load time. We don't want this to affect your experience and we'd love to personally investigate your setup to find the best solution for you! Please don't hesitate to contact us at support@light-tech.io and our team will take a deep look and get back to you as soon as possible.

Nice Dynamic Slides that are not Optimized for Mobile View
I spend a lot of time trying this gallery, and finally got all right, but when going into mobile mode, it is all messed up and you can't edit. It doesn't stop moving and will not give you the option to modify anything. Wasted precious time trying it.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration you experienced while adjusting the slideshow for mobile. Impressive Slideshow actually has a separate configuration specifically for mobile devices, which allows you to fine-tune the layout and positioning to get the best result for smaller screens. This helps ensure the slideshow looks great on both desktop and mobile. You can learn how to configure the mobile version here: https://light-techhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/sections/4410233400466-Mobile-Configuration There is also a short video tutorial that walks through the process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YuGD7Wz85kA&list=PL_JXPQOiBY47RQ4t33kvY8ApVKMjA-8hs&index=6 If you’re still having trouble, please feel free to reach out to us at support@light-tech.io and we’ll gladly help you set everything up. Looks great, but paywall ruins it
This app is exactly what I'm looking to use on my website. It brings everything I could need and more. However, the watermark I'd like to remove, and custom features I want to use are all locked behind premium- just another product looking to nickel and dime me for money I don't have. Continuing to use it for now, but I'm considering removing this from my website because of this inconvenience.
Stored reply
Hi, Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We completely understand your concern — our goal is to make sure everyone can use and enjoy the app. The free version includes all the core features to help you get started, while Premium unlocks advanced customization and removes the watermark for those who need more flexibility. We truly appreciate your feedback and will share it with our team as we continue improving the app experience. Best regards, Light-Tech Team

Can't make my images fit
All the images are stuck to 1 width/height and does not allow for blank edges to compensate for this
Stored reply
Hello, Thanks for your feedback! If your image is used as a background, it will automatically fill the widget area, which may cause cropping. In this case, we recommend adjusting the widget's size or repositioning the image. If your image is added as an element inside the slide, you can use the Crop tool, resize it manually using the corners, or hold Shift while resizing to keep proportions. If you have any questions, please contact our support team, we’re happy to help! Best regards, Light-Tech Team.
