   Bad Quality

   After the update the text in the mobile version got totally displaced even after adjusting all the windows. Also the links dont work anymore as well as I can't choose all my sub sites. The support don't really know what to do or is just not interested even after telling them to go on my website and check it in the publish version they dont help at all. Very disappointed. The support don't want to understand even after 10 emails that the text is displaced and the links are not working. Don't get this app!

      Hello, There is a difference between desktop and mobile versions. You can adjust them separately the same way as you do it in the Wix editor. Regarding the links and emails.    No save button. Changes not recorded. Not Mobile Friendly

   Changes are OFTEN not saved as there is no SAVE function. They seem to update on the fly in the background, but it is not in real-time only. It's very slow, so it often does not save changes. The second major issue is the position of text over your image shifts on its own without changing screen formats or doing anything to it. Just return the next day to edit another page element, and you notice it is not what it was the day before. It appears they are aware of these issues as they suggest all sorts of things to help, but it avoids the real problem, that changes are just not recorded/saved. The other reviews bitching about this turned out to be true. I thought it was just others not knowing what they are doing, but I was wrong. The final issue I have is with the mobile views, no ability to change text size so its really useless when viewed on a phone. Best to not use it at all and hide it.

    Not a good way to showcase your work

    If you're a photographer- check out the mobile version before you publish this and pay for the full year like I just did. It's extremely blurry. Horrible showcase of my work when the gallery right under it is crystal clear. I will be requesting a refund if this isn't fixed ASAP. I should also add there is a MAJOR lack of fonts. I hope there is a different, better app.

    Super low resolution on mobile devices!

    The photo resolution on my slideshow on desktop is fine, but when I turn over to mobile the resolution is horrible can hardly make out the image and the tech team hasn't answered me in ages.

    Problematic and Limited*

    Thanks for wasting my time. Happily i am a contributor to this Wix soapsite bubble and not an owner. I can't recommend this to anyone and in fact i am going to recommend the owner to end this contract with this limit. I lost too much valuable time to try and add a fucking menu button to the mobile mode and the "Add" menu button does not exist in my editor interface. Very very disappointing and even more disappointing there is no live chat help or help to seek in this mess.

    Worked great until it didn't

    Purchased this app several months ago, and it worked well at the time. A recent update has changed the interface and severely limited the proportion of your image where you can add captions, logos, etc. The slideshow I had previously set up is now out-of-whack as well.

    Beware TIME WASTER

    I invested a good deal of time customizing and perfecting the slide show... and after it was complete, it ran great for about 7 seconds then reset itself back to default. ALL my work, time, effort, and creativity lost --- just like that. Aggravating to say the least. NO. I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE.

    No Multilingual support, impossible to translate on other pages :(((((

    If you have a multilingual site I would not reccomend to buy this app. Unless if developers improve this option (to make it possible to translate text captions.

    Text Doesn't Stay In Place - Buyer Beware

    I would not recommend this service. I bought it because I thought it would work properly. I only had this for about 2 weeks with new service on Wix. When the site was unpublished the text would stay in place but would move to the top left corner. If I have 2 separate lines of text, one is on top of the other. Also, the other day the slideshow was a pink box. Light Technologies said to clear my text which I did and the pictures showed up. The site was finally published and the text was ok but in less than 24 hours the text moved to the top left again. I have spent a lot of time setting the photos and text the way I want, then corrected it to many times. Who wants to check their website everyday and have potential customers to see the problem ... not me. I sent an email today 07/27/218 - Around 8:45 pm CST for a refund. I hope they will refund but would not be surprised if they refuse and give me the dun around.

    Look for the details

    I added this app to my website, feeling sure it would do AT LEAST the job of a reasonable slideshow. it doesn't support having landscape and portrait photos in the same slideshow. When you expand the photos, it only shows as the orientation of the first photo in the slideshow. Also when you expand the photos, you lose your titles and descriptions of the photos. Took their tech department ages to get back to me, then I can't get a refund for an app that's of no use to me. What a ripoff.

       Hello, The application is can show only landscape or portrait due to the technical limitations of our animation engine. The main idea of expand mode was to enlarge your images and make a clear view of those picture to the user and not to duplicate the functionality of the main mode. We are not responsible for any billing issue, refunds included. This is only Wix responsibility and they refund users according to their refund policy. We can not do anything with that.     The template had a slideshow with unlimited slides for free - why now

    That I buy the premium package can I only get this one which only allows 3 slides... This is very disappointed and seems quite unfair.

    unimpressive - functions unsupported

    It appears that links to anchors are supported in the upgrade. But when you purchase the upgrade, you learn it is not. No refund available from Wix or from Light Technologies. Bait and switch? If a product doesn't do what it appears it's supposed to do, it seems like someone should buck up, admit it and refund the annual fee. I'm not impressed with "Impressive".

    Pure Garbage

    I can't believe they haven't fixed this garbage app. What a waste of money! Slideshow crops pictures on its own every few days so you have to go back in and change everything a few times a week.

    na versão mobile as imagens do slide ficam grandes e não dá para redimensionar, pois quando movido a parte de redimensionar o slide retorna ao mesmo tamanho anterior e a imagem nem se mexe, continua gigante e incompreensível.

    HORRIBLE QUALITY - USELESS FEATURES AND NOT USER FRIENDLY!

    Its good but

    Love how it is designed however my images are being blocked when a corporate customer tries to access my site which basically makes product not useful. If you can help resolve this issue I will rate this a 5 star.

    complete disappointment

    I have paid to use this app full as it looked like it would be great for my website. Once I added it I realised the text on the images keeps moving and showing two different locations between the website and mobile site. It also has problems with it displaying on multiple devices. I have emailed for help and not received any feedback. I am very disappointed with this app and wont be paying for it anymore.

    Good in full size, but not responsive!

    The slider works well in full size, but is terrible in mobile - the images are out of shape and the text captions too small to read and wrongly placed. I upgraded to get full features, but it looks like a waste of money as it is no good for mobile devices - which should be a minimum requirement.
