    Pricing

    Added this form to my website, LOVE IT! But then went to add it to another website I am building and the price is over DOUBLE what I paid for my own!

    Paypal feature not working

    I paid for the upgrade specifically for the pay pal feature and it is not allowing me to add it to the form. I emailed support hopefully I will here from them soon. My client is waiting.

We have plenty of emails coming with support request and we process them sequentially. We see emails with such a request as yours came into few hours ago. We will get back to you soon.

    Good app needs improvement.

    I have been looking for a way to allow users to upload their artwork on to my site and I thought this was the answer. How wrong I was, yes they can upload one file at a time. This However,does not work when there is a registration that only needs to be completed once. Adding buttons only makes the form longer and frustrates my potential clients it also contributes to slowing down my site. If there is a way to increase the number of files that can be uploaded at once please let me know how so that I can fix this problem. By the way I contacted support and haven't heard anything from them yet.

Regarding your question you could add multiple File upload fields to your which would allow your applicants to attach more than one file at a time. Epic Form Builder Team

    Free version severely lacks functionality

    No option to receive any part of the form via email makes the free version useless. If you're willing to pay, this form builder looks great, but I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you're using the free version.

      Hello, That is true and is stated in package features table. With FREE version you will get email notifications with direct links to the data within Wix Account. Data is not lost, it is available for you, but not to email. To get form submission data to your email address (up to 3 addresses at the time) you will have to Upgrade the Application.     Limited functionality

    I learned the hard way that Epic Form Builder is limited in its functionality and its support. I found the free version did not offer all that I needed, but after reading the stellar reviews by others, I thought perhaps I was missing something and needed to upgrade to the Premium version. Unfortunately, I bought a one-year subscription to get the more cost effective pricing, only to discover that it truly did not provide the features I needed (e.g., ability to move fields around for a more efficient layout, ability to set parameters for certain fields, ...). It is clunky and inefficient to use for building longer, complex forms. In addition, two of my help requests have never been responded to. Very frustrated.

We are also sorry you did not get the functionality you need with our Premium package, but all the premium features we offer are listed in the App Market, there are no any hidden Premium features. So there should not be any expectations from you to get the features we do not provide. We are still here to provide you our support, if you still need it, please contact us and mention your nickname so we could search for your support emails you sent us. From time to time it happens our replies do not reach inboxes and are filtered into junk or spam, or Amazon email service we are using to send emails is blacklisted with other email providers. Regarding features you are missing, we are working on introducing new features, but that is not an immediate process, we have clients and our priority list is made in a way that most frequent requests are on top.     Cant edit form!

    Absolutely hate 123 form builder, looks unprofessional and what more the staff are rude. Anyway I am looking for an alternative so come to Epic Form Builder. Forms look more professional but unfortunately there is to much errors going on and they are preventing me from editing a form. I have tried refreshing and clearing catch, cookies, ect but the error is still happening where the form is over lapping other details of the form. Have been trying to use it for the past hour so have now past. Will maybe try again in the future!

    Good app, but rubbish email alerts spoil it

    Customization & colouring are easy and straightforward. I really like how you can set the subject of the email, so I can filter it into a folder. The main problem is that I get email alerts, but they don't actually tell me what visitors have commented. This is useless to me. Also, what does it mean in the Features & Pricing about 20 viewable form results for free? Does this sound dodgy, or is this just me? That said, unlike many other form builder apps, visitors can submit forms in a row.

      Hello, raziindigo. We'd like to share your frustration with you. We do send customers responses inside email, but it's a premium feature and once you upgrade your Epic Form Builder subscription to premium, you will start receiving form responses in the email right away. Regarding the response limit for free version: Yes, we had the limit for viewing form responses for free package. Using free package you were able to try Epic Form Builder and check if it fits your needs. And if everything was okey, you could upgrade subscription and started using the application without any limitation. It was our business model. We've decided to change our business model to freemium business model (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freemium). We have removed the restriction for viewable responses and from now free package also has unlimited count of viewable responses. Enjoy using Epic Form Builder.
