      EpicFormBuilder does support attachments. It's a premium feature, and file field is available for you while you have active premium subscription. Do you need any assist to upgrade your EpicFormBuilder application?

    No detailed emails?

    The free version of the app doesn't send an email that contains the form submission details, and to find out what the visitor submitted you have to logon to Wix to get those details? Are you kidding me? So misleading....

      Hello, jblogic. Detailed email is a part of our Premium package and it is listed in the App Market. Our free version has no in app purchases, hidden costs and limits for the number of responses and forms you can receive, also we do not limit the number of fields you can add to your forms. All this means that our application provides valuable functionality for our free users which makes it better than our competitors and requires zero dollars to have and use it. Thank You.

    Doesn't work & replies don't go to email box

    Buggy & not convenient. I was hoping this would be a great form builder - it was fairly easy to set up & you don't need to log in to a 3rd party account every time you want to edit the form. Problem is, the "send" button won't show on the WIX page no matter how you re-size the app on the page. Tech support is by email only - not OK when you're trying to get something published in a timely fashion.

      Hello, Debby. Sorry for inconvenience. Once we got your support request we fixed the bug with Send button and rechecked notification emails to be working properly. We tried to contact you few times, but without success, we think that we probably have the wrong email address. Send button is working now, we fixed it almost immediately after you found the issue. Email must be working, our system telling us it was delivered, might be that it got to spam folder or something. Please, contact us, we would like to hear from you. Thank you.
