No TAB support to go from field to field

This app does not support TAB from field to field. There is no way the user would not think it was broken.

Forms not working

My forms are not feeding into my emails for last 5 days. I have contacted support but it seems waiting time for a response is 1 day. As a campsite I have lost a lot of business over the bank holiday weekend

Improvements made it worse

I have used this app for years, and I loved it. When building a new website recently, I added the app again and upgraded it without any hesitation. I was saddened to find that they have "improved" the app, and made it less user-friendly. I have just spent several hours manually redesigning all of the forms on my website and have deleted the app. For reference, I did send an email with my issues & observations, and requesting help. Now, several weeks later, nobody has replied and I will not be using the app again in the future. Sadly.

ridiculous app

this app just doesnt work. kept publishing the form and yet when you visit the page with form, all it shows is red big ass banner which says double click, i mean cmon guys.

Don't waste your time.

Don't waste your time with this app. Support to figure out why I can't add payment even though I payed extra to upgrade the app to do this, sucks.

Worst customer service & app

I had a few issues with the app. Contacted customer services multiple times, directly via email and through wix customer service. It's been almost four months, no contact from the support team as of today. Few sections from the app stopped working after a month, the PayPal button doesn't function properly, the signature button doesn't even show up at the end of the page...and so on. My clients and I had to go through so much with it. Finally I ended up using docusign, which I love it. I don't recommend this app to anyone. Total waste of time & money, not worth it.

Great App But Google Ad's disaprove

Great app and loved the set up, after we invested in the app and started running google ad words, we found issues. The software is classed as malious material therefore you cant run your google ad's. We got the below response: Unfortunately, Google Ads tells all our customers our links are malware. But it also suggests to check those links against Transparency Google Report and Google Search Console which, when checked against, does provide All Green Status for all the links reported malware by Google Ads. There are only 2 ways to pass through this: request manual review by Google Ads support, providing Transparency Google Report and Google Search Console Security data as evidences of Epic Form Builder not being a malware; remove Epic Form Builder from your website;

Can't add epic form builder to website for some reason. I click the "add" button but nothing happens??

Never Works

Spent absolutely ages devising a form for my website and yesterday I wasn't able to edit it and now when I click settings to edit it, I get a blank screen. I am on a deadline to get this done and this has completely hindered my business the last few days.

i purchased this app but it looks like i can only use this product on only one site. I've tried to use it on my mobile site( different url to my regular site) but was asked to upgrade and pay AU$85 .

Terrible Customer Support

We have reached out numerous times with no response. We upgraded so we could add pay pal to our form and we are unable to do it. The pay pal button is gray.

Sends form without the Paypal payment is completed!!

Usefull: the app sends the form without that the customer completed the payment! It's crazy and completly usefull for professional use. We received four form without payments: all the forms are with "pending payment" because the people see that the submission is complete without the payment. I contacted the support but they say that this is fine... money lost!

No Customer Service

This looked like the one. I need to upload floor plan graphics and this app indicated it could do it. However, when I hit "upload," nothing happened. OK; a glitch. Let's contact customer service. No reply. Emailed again. After several days I receive an apology email asking about the problem. They ask me to set them up as an administrator to diagnose the problem which happened October 31. It is November 7 in about 35 minutes and crickets. Three weeks of wasted time with a provider that clearly has zero interest in making their product actually work. Wix should provide an opportunity for feedback on third-party providers that do not measure up. This outfit certainly does not.

Absolutely Horrible

I have been having issues with my clients submitting forms that result in an error. The forms that I have created are very lengthy questionnaires for them to fill out to kick start a service. I contacted Customer Support with the issue, which took them a full day to get back to me. Their response was, to provide them with the link to the form that is not working. (Clearly they could see ALL my forms on their end and investigate the issue.) But if not, fine, I provided them with info and also noted it was urgent that I get this resolved asap, as I have multiple clients waiting. It's taken yet another full business day and have not heard anything back from them. 3 days of being unavailable and the app still down is clearly unacceptable. Worst Customer Service Ever!

This app is bad!

No, absolutely not.

Randomly stretches itself vertically, making my pages really, really long. This is appalling as we are offering a professional service and it makes us look completely stupid. For reasons I don't understand, this app has no AI, meaning if you want a question to appear as a result of picking a previous option, look elsewhere. That, I am afraid, is not good enough in 2017 and Epic (or whoever you are) need to re-adjust pretty quickly. All very well having antivirus and signature options, but utterly redundant if you can't get the basics right.

J'étais contente de voir qu'il n'y avait pas de limites nulle part. Mais, une fois que j'ai eu terminé de faire mon formulaire, comme j'avais beaucoup de champs, une boîte Wix m'a apparu pour me dire que juste 20 réponses seront possibles sur mes 80 champs. Donc, si je veux qu'on me réponde sur mes 80 champs, il faut payer 54$ U.S. / année et ÇA, ils ne le disent qu'à la fin !!! Je ne suis pas satisfaite du tout.

So far - a terrible app!

I purchased this because it sounded like it was simple, easily customizable (not even close!), and (with the premium option) able to have unlimited forms with unlimited fields. That may be true, but if you actually want to publish those forms on different pages of your website it is not possible. And to get help from support in the U.S., it took two days to get a response (you can't call-only email). When I and my clients have deadlines to meet - I don't have that much time to wait for an answer - especially if the answer requires a follow-up question. Heaven forbid you could be waiting 4 to 6 days to get the answer to what is probably a simple question!

Having issues and don't know what to do

I built a custom form from scratch and I need help editing the form fields. Please if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it because I don't know where to turn to and can't find where there's a manual or youtube video on custom forms. I have my form built however all of my fields are the same length and this form is lengthy and I want to be able to shorten some of these fields and it doesn't let me. Forexample: the form fields for phone and email it makes me put it on its own line whereas I can shorten this and have both on the same line etc... Can anyone assist?

You canNOT see reply detail in Email. Who does that

Very much BS app. UI is okay, UX is "no thanks". THE worst part is , YOU CANNOT see any reply detail unless you pay. thanks for letting me missed a lot of business
