    Good but the stats could be more customisable

    I only need this form in the summer and so was pleased when I renewed it that all my data was still there. However the stats side could be more customisable as the pie charts now include data from last year as well as 2021.

      Hello, killearnhorti! Thank you for the review. We have a newer version of the application where stats can be filtered by date, but it is not available for users who installed the application more than 6 months ago or so, when the new version was introduced. It is possible to migrate all your data to that version if required.

    Great app!

    This form builder is fairly easy to use. Although it has some limitations (such as difficulty in adding text without having a box appear that looks like it should be filled in) and it's hard to find directions, it still is very functional. Best of all is the customer support! I get helpful and extremely quick responses to my questions.

    Free version lacks features but excellent support

    Free version of software is obviously lacking in some features such as export but even with the free version, the support is excellent. The support team was very responsive and helpful, I can only imagine it improves even more with the paid version.

    Good customer service

    The helpdesk was very quick to help me with transferring forms from one site to another. Professional and friendly. I only wish when you were working on a long form you didn't have to scroll to the top of the page to edit a field.

    Geat App!

    This is a great app with very quick support response time. Easy to use and free! The only thing it's missing is rate us button/option to add on a form.

    Almost a "Must Have"...

    This is by far the best form app available on Wix, and one of the best form builders around. A few tweaks by dev's at Epic Form Builder, and it would be an "EPIC" form builder app. 1. Need opacity option for the input fields. 2. Need color selection and opacity option for input field outline. (they are white and cannot be changed) 3. Need color of fields to match background color when using drop down choice. (they are always white and connot be changed - opacity please!) 4. Need opacity and color outline option for both radio buttons and checkboxes. (they are white and cannot be changed) 5. Would be nice to have the option to display radio buttons and checkboxes horizontally instead of just vertically. With those few customization tweaks, this would truly be an Epic form builder. All in all though, this app is better than pretty much EVERY other app available on Wix. Nice job, Epic dev's. Now lets see those additional customizations and you will get 5 stars for sure. (and will buy premium)

    Epic is Truly epic

    Some form builders have a steep learning curve. With Epic it was so intuitive I was up and typing in no time. No stressing over techie stuff, just let epic be the tool to get you up and running- and the customer service, within minutes and on a Sunday??? After the Blizzard, do these guys shovel Thanks

    Very Helpful

    Tech support was very helpful in resolving my issue quickly. The only thing I wish they would add is an option where you can embed a policy box (box that can be scrolled down in to read the agreement) and have people check an "I Agree" box.
