Using Epic Form Builder is a quick way to build forms for your website that gets you the customer information you need without making it complicated!

I like the app; it does what it's supposed to do.

I have tried a few other forms, but always come back to Epic Form Builder. Plus, where else do you find customer service of an app like that of Epic Form Builder? I sent an inquiry and got a response in less than 12 hours.

La version gratuite de cette app est très correcte,on peut ajouter des champs à volonté!Seul regret:comme toute les app de formulaire de la Wix app market,on ne peux pas insérer d'image dans le formulaire... The free version of this app is quite decent; you can add fields as you wish! The only downside is that, like all form apps in the Wix app market, you can't insert images into the form...

Love it!

I use Epic Form Builder for many of my clients' websites. It is easy to use and I like that it has a field that allows the uploading of files. That feature wasn't free on Wix Forms, but it's free with these guys. Support is usually quick to get back to you if you use their chat- within a 1/2 hour or so. It's weird because there's often a message that indicates it will be quite a while, but it never has been yet.

I love the app but.....

I really like the platform of the app. Very easy to use and customize. missing some small option but overall are good. ONE QUESTION. How to get notification when someone submit the form? Can anyone help?

Customer Copy Of Review / Reciept

We use the form for a payment portal, is there anyway that we can print a copy of the submission for the client or can it produce a reciept of payment or something that can be either printed or emailed to the client as a confirmation? Love it by the way 5 stars

It was quite easy to build my form. Multi-column feature gives you all variety of layouts you can build.

Easy to use form builder

It was quick and straightforward. I just needed to create a contact form. It tool me literally a few minutes to create a new form in form builder and publish it to website. Good job!

Great App For Forms

This is a great app to use if your wanting FREE unlimited fields and submissions. Any way to get a promo code field?

Easy to setup and use

I tried this form builder based on the reviews and was not lead astray. I customized the form to take orders for a photo calendar. I was pleased with how simple the process was. I did have the need to ask a question of the support staff and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded - the same day. I am happy with this form builder.

Great support

Super quick response when I needed support, even in the midst of a pandemic!! Best form builder I've come across so far, especially in the for-free category. I tried a few others and none were as good or as versatile and customizable. It does take a bit getting used to navigating, and could use some text formatting options (i.e. size and font) but all in all a great form app!

Highly recommended Wix Forms alternative

Epic Form Builder has been a great tool for the business and eCommerce sites I have built using Wix. Wix Forms are fine for basic functionality but Epic Form Builder is a lot more adaptable to your needs at a very low price. Highly recommended.

Great customer service

Guys did great helping me out with my website. I had their form not clickable, appeared I did my website layout wrong, not their fault! Even if their extension has room for improvement, the customer service was the one I bought from them. Good job, guys!

So far the easiest form editor to use

Tried different apps, some are really to avoid, you'll find yourself which ones ;) This one is the easiest one to use so far and has all the features I need even with a free version, can definitely recommend! Cheers, Steve!

The paypal button was not working but it is now

I upgraded so I could add pay pal to my form and was unable to do it. The pay pal button was gray. After messaging them they responded me and said it was because I cannot have the submit button and the paypal button, so as soon as I deleted the submit button I could put the paypal button.

With the premium account, I got everything I need. The best feature is signature. The technical support works great. They help me the same day I need the help. I recommend it 100%!!!

Everything you could want!

I'm typically pretty fussy about my apps - especially ones I'm going to be spending money on. Epic Form Builder has been everything I wanted and more! There are heaps of features including pretty cool modern ones like the signature pad which is great for when you're wanting to distribute content that comes with a lot of terms and conditions. I sell virtual cemetery plots from my website and the form has been great with letting clients design their memorial pages and plots with options from drop down menus and check-boxes. I have had a few issues with the form which were due to my own failure to read, and when I contacted Epic Form Builder support for assistance I received a reply and solution within an hour. Fantastic app in every respect at a very, very modest price. 5 stars!!!

EASIEST AND BEST FORM APP ON WIX

I tried all of the form builders within WIX and this was by far the easiest along with having the fastest support I’ve ever seen. Limitless # of fields, simple buttons to add fields, easy customization, all while having amazing support to get what you want out of the product. They literally responded to my email within minutes! Great Customer Service

I goofed. They came to the rescue! Within minutes they had restored the forms I had deleted on accident (technical term for goofed). They have a true and complete understanding of Customer Service!

For Diy Limo Buisness Booking form this is great

No other Form Builder has an ability to manipulate a form for limo business. Most are set up for hair salons or massage parlors.

The Best!

I have tried every other form app, but this one is by far the best! Easy to use and customizable. I love the remade templates (saved me a lot of trouble)! Their customer service is amazing, too. I emailed them with a question and they responded almost immediately with detailed instructions AND a photo. So impressed!

Absolutely Amazing Experience

I had built a form on my website and needed to replicate this on to another website. I couldn't do it as Epic Form Builder don't host my websites however!.... I contacted their support team and received a reply within 60 seconds!! they provided a solution with instructions and a clear visual example for me to follow and then also followed up with two further support emails. they had solved my problem in the most efficient way I've ever experienced. Outstanding!

Had an issue trying to use multiple forms on my website - the app would let me post only one form at a time. Wrote to their Support email address at 5:30AM DST. Within 15 minutes I had a detailed explanation - complete with screenshots - of how to resolve my issue. Outstanding customer service! Ps: The solution is to "Add Again" from the App Store.
