Great App!!

Using Epic Form Builder is a quick way to build forms for your website that gets you the customer information you need without making it complicated!

I like the app; it does what it's supposed to do.

I had to contact support once with a question. I received quick and competent help. 👍👍👍

Probably the best one I have tried.

I have tried a few other forms, but always come back to Epic Form Builder. Plus, where else do you find customer service of an app like that of Epic Form Builder? I sent an inquiry and got a response in less than 12 hours.

No TAB support to go from field to field

This app does not support TAB from field to field. There is no way the user would not think it was broken.

Forms not working

My forms are not feeding into my emails for last 5 days. I have contacted support but it seems waiting time for a response is 1 day. As a campsite I have lost a lot of business over the bank holiday weekend

It just stopped working!!

Clients are trying to connect to me and the form just stopped working today, no explanation, nothing.

Improvements made it worse

I have used this app for years, and I loved it. When building a new website recently, I added the app again and upgraded it without any hesitation. I was saddened to find that they have "improved" the app, and made it less user-friendly. I have just spent several hours manually redesigning all of the forms on my website and have deleted the app. For reference, I did send an email with my issues & observations, and requesting help. Now, several weeks later, nobody has replied and I will not be using the app again in the future. Sadly.

ridiculous app

this app just doesnt work. kept publishing the form and yet when you visit the page with form, all it shows is red big ass banner which says double click, i mean cmon guys.

The free version of this app is quite decent; you can add fields as you wish! The only downside is that, like all form apps in the Wix app market, you can't insert images into the form...

Don't waste your time.

Don't waste your time with this app. Support to figure out why I can't add payment even though I payed extra to upgrade the app to do this, sucks.

Worst customer service & app

I had a few issues with the app. Contacted customer services multiple times, directly via email and through wix customer service. It's been almost four months, no contact from the support team as of today. Few sections from the app stopped working after a month, the PayPal button doesn't function properly, the signature button doesn't even show up at the end of the page...and so on. My clients and I had to go through so much with it. Finally I ended up using docusign, which I love it. I don't recommend this app to anyone. Total waste of time & money, not worth it.

Love it!

I use Epic Form Builder for many of my clients' websites. It is easy to use and I like that it has a field that allows the uploading of files. That feature wasn't free on Wix Forms, but it's free with these guys. Support is usually quick to get back to you if you use their chat- within a 1/2 hour or so. It's weird because there's often a message that indicates it will be quite a while, but it never has been yet.

I love the app but.....

I really like the platform of the app. Very easy to use and customize. missing some small option but overall are good. ONE QUESTION. How to get notification when someone submit the form? Can anyone help?

This App Hides Fees

The pricing shows unlimited submissions for $5/month. I would love to know why we are charged almost $10/month ($117/year). When redoing our website, we will be dropping this app although it is helpful. Can't trust a 50% surprise upcharge on plugins!

Customer Copy Of Review / Reciept

We use the form for a payment portal, is there anyway that we can print a copy of the submission for the client or can it produce a reciept of payment or something that can be either printed or emailed to the client as a confirmation? Love it by the way 5 stars

Good but the stats could be more customisable

I only need this form in the summer and so was pleased when I renewed it that all my data was still there. However the stats side could be more customisable as the pie charts now include data from last year as well as 2021.

It was quite easy to build my form. Multi-column feature gives you all variety of layouts you can build.

Easy to use form builder

It was quick and straightforward. I just needed to create a contact form. It tool me literally a few minutes to create a new form in form builder and publish it to website. Good job!

Easy to setup and use

I tried this form builder based on the reviews and was not lead astray. I customized the form to take orders for a photo calendar. I was pleased with how simple the process was. I did have the need to ask a question of the support staff and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded - the same day. I am happy with this form builder.

Pricing

Added this form to my website, LOVE IT! But then went to add it to another website I am building and the price is over DOUBLE what I paid for my own!

Great support

Super quick response when I needed support, even in the midst of a pandemic!! Best form builder I've come across so far, especially in the for-free category. I tried a few others and none were as good or as versatile and customizable. It does take a bit getting used to navigating, and could use some text formatting options (i.e. size and font) but all in all a great form app!

Great App But Google Ad's disaprove

Great app and loved the set up, after we invested in the app and started running google ad words, we found issues. The software is classed as malious material therefore you cant run your google ad's. We got the below response: Unfortunately, Google Ads tells all our customers our links are malware. But it also suggests to check those links against Transparency Google Report and Google Search Console which, when checked against, does provide All Green Status for all the links reported malware by Google Ads. There are only 2 ways to pass through this: request manual review by Google Ads support, providing Transparency Google Report and Google Search Console Security data as evidences of Epic Form Builder not being a malware; remove Epic Form Builder from your website;

Highly recommended Wix Forms alternative

Epic Form Builder has been a great tool for the business and eCommerce sites I have built using Wix. Wix Forms are fine for basic functionality but Epic Form Builder is a lot more adaptable to your needs at a very low price. Highly recommended.

Can't add epic form builder to website for some reason. I click the "add" button but nothing happens??

Never Works

Spent absolutely ages devising a form for my website and yesterday I wasn't able to edit it and now when I click settings to edit it, I get a blank screen. I am on a deadline to get this done and this has completely hindered my business the last few days.

Great customer service

Guys did great helping me out with my website. I had their form not clickable, appeared I did my website layout wrong, not their fault! Even if their extension has room for improvement, the customer service was the one I bought from them. Good job, guys!

So far the easiest form editor to use

Tried different apps, some are really to avoid, you'll find yourself which ones ;) This one is the easiest one to use so far and has all the features I need even with a free version, can definitely recommend! Cheers, Steve!
