Must refresh
If you want to book an appointment on my site users have to know to refresh the page. Otherwise, it doesn’t work. This is my business. Wix is inconsistent at best. And to is glitch is affecting my business.

Sehr fehleranfällig speziell via Smartphone müssen Caches immer gelöscht werden mühsam.
Die App ist nicht wirklich ausgereift. Wer häufig via Smartphone Termine verwalten will rate ich davon aus. Übersicht wenig professionell (keine Farben weniger Möglichkeiten die Darstellung individuell anzupassen ) Veränderungen und Updates werden einfach gemacht und oft findet man die Features nicht mehr und muss stundenlang suchen. Meldung via WhatsApp funktionieren nicht immer. Somit ist ein Backup via Email für alle Kunden notwendig oder sicher empfehlenswert. Schade, dass WIX derart wenig in dieses System investiert. Ich bin sicher Kunden würden für ein professionelles System sogar monatlich zahlen. Aber GRATIS ist meist eben doch nicht viel wert. Wix muss sich dringend weiterentwickeln damit Kunden einen besseres Service haben.

Wix Bookings is too "Retail-focused" for Education
Wix Bookings is unusable for anyone offering services rather than products. Example, Educational Institutions, Healthcare & Counseling, Non-Profits & Social Services, Government & Public Services, Professional B2B Services, etc. If your website provides free services, the system insists on "Add to Cart" buttons and "Order Totals" ($0.00). This "Shopping Cart" flow is unprofessional, confusing for visitors, and there is no simple way to disable these e-commerce elements. Until Wix allows a non-retail booking experience without "Total" receipts, this app is not a viable solution.

Calendario de reservas no funciona
Imposible hacer que aparezca un calendario de reservas en la web, dice contstantemente que el calendario no esta disponible. Creo haber configurado todos los servicios, empleados, horarios etc etc correctamente pero imposible hacer que apàrezaca el calendario en la web. Desesperado estoy por que llevo varios horas, dias para poner un simple calendario

Not great
The bookings app would not work the way i needed it to. It was difficult to keep things in order as bookings would change things. I am using events instead, it's so much better. I will be deleting bookings.

J’ai testé l’application Wix Réservation pour proposer des services en ligne sur mon site (dans mon cas, des séances en visioconférence). Malheureusement, cette appli ne correspond pas vraiment à ce type d’activité. Je ne vends pas de produits physiques, je propose uniquement des prestations en ligne, et pourtant, le module de paiement de Wix Réservation oblige les clients à renseigner une adresse postale complète avant de pouvoir payer. C’est très contraignant pour eux, surtout quand il s’agit d’un service digital et à distance. J’aurais aimé pouvoir désactiver cette étape ou rendre l’adresse facultative, mais ce n’est pas possible. Résultat : j’ai dû supprimer Wix Réservation, car le parcours client n’est pas adapté aux prestations à distance et ça complique inutilement la réservation.

We understand how inconvenient it is for your online clients to be required to fill in their postal addresses, especially for remote or digital services. Currently, the option to make the client address optional or hide it at checkout for online services isn’t available in Wix Bookings, but we are working on a solution that is supposed to come out in the very near future.

Why do I need to upgrade my plan to use the app??
I am already on premium plan and using the app. Why do I need to upgrade again to use to booking system?? The automation from the booking system does not allow me to change the wordings in the automated email. Not helpful at all

Wix Bookings requires a Business Premium Plan (Core/Business Basic or higher) to access all features - if your current plan is not one of these, you may be prompted to upgrade. Not very user-friendly
I just spent the past two hours trying to set up ONE booking form that connects to general services. The app gave me an option to upload a header image, which I did, and the app accepted it, but the image is not displaying anywhere. There are way too many steps involved in something as simple as creating a form and linking it to a specific service. :(

Kalender deinstallieren geht leider nicht ohne Aufwand
Bisher brauche ich den nicht und kann den Kalender nicht ohne weiteres wieder einfach deinstallieren. Vielleicht habe ich die einfache Lösung dafür auch noch nicht gefunden, nur für mich leider nicht ganz so einfach zu lösen.
