It's trash
I had to update once, only may add 5 properties and of the 5 properties no way to import icals. The app is absolutely useless, do not download and waste your time. Wix is not made for hotels or rentals...

2 day class
I nearly put my fist through my computer trying to set up a 2 day workshop - can be done if you toggle all day event but then the course start time defaults to midnight (ridiculous). If you toggle off all day event then your end time has to be on the same day as start time - WHY!? Could set up a course but then adding dates into the calendar just adds sessions to one course, unable to set up multiple courses of 2 sessions within one service. Again ridiculous. Just give us the option to set a start and end date AND TIME, over more than 24hrs PLEASE

Upgraded to Studio and can't add bookings.
Working on moving my site to a new studio version, I found I can't add bookings to the new studio version. Tried to remove and reinstall and now it's gone from my original website and the studio version. It just throws a "technical error" each time. I lost all booking options now

Couldn't add to wite
It did sync the add framework, but you still have to edit everything in Etsy

The cart can be turned off - in Booking Settings → Cart checkout, disable the toggle and clients just see "Book Now" (and free services skip billing altogether): https://support.wix.com/en/article/customizing-the-cart-icon . Hi, thanks for flagging this and I'm sorry about the double bookings. This usually happens when an external (Google/iCal) calendar isn't synced two-way, so Wix can't block those times automatically. Setting up calendar sync should stop it: https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-bookings-about-syncing-personal-calendars-with-wix-bookings . Terrible
I'd give it negative stars, but that's not an option. Nothing works on the app and I've lost a lot of current and prospective customers. WIX did nothing to fix the issues

Must refresh
If you want to book an appointment on my site users have to know to refresh the page. Otherwise, it doesn’t work. This is my business. Wix is inconsistent at best. And to is glitch is affecting my business.

Lacking features
I have a 22 capacity room that I want to be booked out per hr in slots, to do this I have to create 22 resources and 22 fake staff as staff are the only thing you can add time restrictions to not resources? On top of that you then can't have a customer book tickets for 3 people at the same time slot, it only gives staggered hours? AI and chat recommend classes but classes don't track resources? All in all very frustrating and so close yet so far.
