having alot of difficulty
I am having alot of difficulty - I want to use Wix Bookings for my client's customers to be able to book rooms or activities. Not services. How am I to set this up? As the only options are classes, courses... urgent help!

Repeated problem syncing calendars
I sync this with my apple calendars where I manually enter client appointments. However they continuously fall out of sync and no one has offered any explanation why. The result is double bookings, annoyed clients and lost work. The idea of an integrated booking sounded great but as others have written, it's clunk, over burdened with features and categories difficult to customize. Very unintuitive!

Needs True Shared Availability & Better Class Features
Hi team, I’m setting up Wix Bookings for a client’s sauna business and found major limitations. We have two services: Communal Sauna (Class, max 8) and Private Hire (Appointment, capacity 1), both using the same resource with identical availability. Wix still allows both to be booked at the same time, even when sharing the resource. Testing with both as Classes has the same issue. This makes resource management unreliable for businesses offering both group & private sessions. Also, Classes don’t show customers how many spots are left, reducing transparency. Current options are: merge into one complex service, manually block slots (time-consuming), or use a third-party system. Please consider adding true shared availability blocking across service types and visible remaining spaces for Classes.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback! Assigning resources helps track rooms, equipment, or materials, but it doesn’t control availability or prevent double bookings. For example, a resource assigned to classes can still be booked for multiple sessions at once. I completely understand your use case, and I will ensure that this capability is added to our backlog. Regarding showing “spots left” in classes: you’re right, it’s not shown on the default “Book Online” page. However, you can add it with our Bookings Widget. In the Editor, click “+”, go to Bookings, and drag the Weekly Timetable widget—it will show your classes with the number of spots remaining.

Bring back the single service bookings widget

Here’s how you can set it up: https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-bookings-adding-and-setting-up-a-single-service-calendar.
