eBay Store Stopped Working On Our Wix Website

After installing this app on our Wix website, our customers are unable to make purchases from within the Wix eBay Store app from our official eBay Store. In fact, they can’t make purchases at all. It appears that the site syncs with our official eBay Store, because you can SEE the products, but when you click on an item to view it or purchase it, they are all dead links. Also, one of the drop down boxes partially covers up the drop down items. It doesn't look right on Wix anymore. I uninstalled the app, and attempted to reinstall it, but only with the same results. It used to work, but it acts like it’s not compatible with eBay anymore. I have the FREE plan installed. I’m not sure when it stopped working. I sent an email to mindbulbs Technical Support days ago, but so far have received no response, so I cut-and-pasted the request for help through their Support button within the Wix app for a second try at support.

I dont know if its MindBulb or Ebay that made changes but this app is useless. easier to just sell on ebay than try and connect it with this...

Useless. Doesn't synch to eBay store. Mindbulb support never responds. Worse still, Wix support has no knowledge of the app and keep trying to get you to set up a new eBay store to link to a Wix store. An utter shambles that reflects poorly on both Wix and Mindbulb. Avoid and save hours and hours of your time

no support and not supported by WIX, waste of time, plenty of other easier to deal with website building platforms, oh and once added to your site you cant delete it!

Cannot get to upgrade

I payed for the premium plan and the app still does not syncronize my wix products to my ebay store, i tried to contact support and they still didnt get back to me. I will update the review once they resolve my problem.

Hi, App seems to work well, but it heaps all the items into one huge listing across multiple pages. Is there an option to have categories for easy navigation? For example, i sell tech so id like categories for Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops and Desktops. Currently they are all listed together and sometimes the search function doesnt work? Please help asa

Glitches

Linked Ebay to my site, Ebay fees are high and it doesnt sync well, wont list a lot of item as its asking for things to be added that I just cant add in Wix. This is one "Location country must be provided" when it clearly states where Im posting from. Not that good !!

SLOW SUPPORT

I added this to my client site, it worked then when it stopped working I went to their support site and it said to send them an email. 3 emails and not even the courtesy of an email back. This is completely a waste of money. UPDATE: The took time to respond but finally fixed the issue. The app sometimes doesn't show the categories (intermittent) but overall it is working. Updating rating.

Typed in my eBay username and no listings appeared. Emailed customer service and received no response. Seems a bit expensive too, more than a subscription for a basic eBay store.

Serves to gouge you for money that lines Ebay's pockets.

I installed this ap hoping it would help me connect my ebay traffic with my website in one place so that I'm not missing notifications. However once I realized you have to pay such a ridiculous fee on top of already paying Wix, and all the time and money that goes into advertising and channeling business toward my website, I'm basically now paying and working to advertise for Ebay. Absolutely not worth what small benefits it may offer.

Does NOT WORK

I have try to load this to my page for awhile. I add it at one point and then I had to pay and I did and now it will not load!!!!!! Took my money and does not work. Have try to re-do all of it and still nothing. As much time as I have wasted to try to upload I could have just added everything to my Ebay page to my website!!! Upset

I have my wix shop set up, can I link that to a new eBay account?

I have my wix site all set up with my products. The information for this app says your eBay account is mirrored on the wix site - but can it work the other way around? Or do I have to re-list everything on eBay? My current rating is a tad unfair, as I have not yet used this app, just looking at considering it for my business, but the information provided about the app is very basic and leaves a lot of room for error.

Were is the buy it now button?!

No buy it now button on any setting, how can customers make a purchase via the app if there's no button to do so. When i refresh the page is shows up for a second then disappears, i'm currently only on the free trial, i wont be committing if this is ongoing issues ill be facing, which is a shame. Please advise!

How Much???

I thought they were being serious when Wix made this recommendation. After considering what I would get for my money, I came to the conclusion that it was not a lot. Even at the very lowest price. Cannot blame "Mindbulbs" for trying, although they are very misguided. Wix however should be ahsmaed of themselves for recommended this highly overpriced service. They should be providing this service as part of their own contracts. 1&1 Ionos, here I come for an equally expensive but MUCH bettr product link with Ebay.

Not Customisable - Impossible for me to use its current version (If Auction Nudge Can - So Can You)

If Auction Nudge is Customisable on Wordpress, I'm sure you can make this one for Wix. With how the widget currently is, It won't work for my shop and the majority out there. When you open the listing up on my website, it looks extremely nice, However... What I want to be able to do is: 1. I don't want it to says when the listing ends. 2. I don't want it to show buying formats, 'All, Auction, Fixed Price'. 3. I want it to only show items from lowest price up, I don't want the choice for newly listed, ending soonest etc. & I don't want the options displayed. (Not as important) 4. When I click on my listing to purchase it, it takes me to eBay.com, I need it to take me to eBay.co.uk ✅ One thing sorted ('Buy It Now', Now Takes Me To eBay.co.uk) but Best Offer still takes me to eBay.com. 5. This is the biggest issue: I need to be able to add my own categories or have it show the eBay categories. I have over 700 books so it makes it hard for someone to view my instruments. Even searching for an 'electric guitar', it shows lots of books. As soon as this solved, I'd happily pay for the service.

Great App & Customer Service

We have thousands of items on our eBay store and this app works great! There have been a couple minor issues but the customer service has been speedy and responsive; plus, the issues were fixed right away. Would definitely recommend this app to others wanting to integrate their store with their website.

Sincerly, I think is enough to pay already to publish a domain and to pay to ebay what they demand, but more to conect our store with them??? Is this a joke?

Useful for sellers with very few items. For $10 a month i'd expect a bit more customisation like categories, also seems linked to ebay.com which isn't useful for UK users..

Perfect for my small business

This app works perfectly, looks great, and it was easy to use! If you have an eBay store, this is a must have!

Mobile integration not working.

Paid for the premium app. However, when viewing from a mobile browser the app is not mobile friendly and does not stretch/zoom or fit the browser and doesn't work properly.

Good App but basic

A good app but you can't search by categories. Just lists all your ebay items so you can't search through. Please let us know when you will be adding in the shop categories, I noticed you mentioned you were working on it. Thanks

Needs search or store categories

I was considering using this app and wix to create a site for my ebay store. It's nice but as others have mentioned I can't see it being usable if users can't search and/or browse by ebay store categories, at least if you're a serious ebay seller with hundreds of listings. I am willing to pay the monthly fee but not until the author adds search or the ability to browse based on your ebay store categories.

Do NOT waste your money

The app malfunctions, and the developers are irresponsible. They do not respond to requests for support. Just take a look at their support page on Wix. They will take your money and you will never hear from them again. I finally canceled my subscription and took the app off of my page. Yes, it makes my business look terrible, and I lost money. Save yourself the trouble.
