    Works well for us.

    Our implementation of ticketing is somewhat more complex as we also have annual subscriptions to our season of three productions. Using the detailed export cover I am able to merge ticket sales with our subscriber and complimentary tickets along with additional comments into one clean seating plan. Our front of house and guests have seen an incredibly faster Check-in. They just need to remember their name and they are on our list. Our venue hold about 150 so the list is manageable this way. I can also produce a second list, if needed, with the names sorted for faster lookup. There are always ways to improve the service and we look forward to those. Simple and stable is best. Bruce

    almost perfect....

    I love the app! I wish that it had two more features. One, it kept discount codes from being used until certain minimums are met & two, has a app that allows you to update from your mobile device.

    No individual tickets

    Hi there, have been using this app for 2 years faultlessly and the only downfall is that the app does not produce individual tickets - just one ticket per booking. Is there anyway you can develop it to produce individual tickets please?

    Hi, on the page you mention stripe and PayPal. If I have a worldpay account set up on my site will this app be able to use it? Also does the app give the customers the option to select seats? How are theatre seat numbers allocated? Thanks

    Does this charge a commission off each ticket plus processing fees like Eventbrite?

      No we don't charge any commission on ticket sales. The only fees you need to pay is $20/mo to use the app and also any payment processing fees to Stripe or PayPal.     instance= text added to url, breaks links

    When I create a URL link in my confirmation text, after I close the window, a long string of "instance=" text gets appended to the end of the url. Then when I click the url link on my confirmation page, the url is broken because of the "instance=" text. Please show me how to turn off the "instance=" text.

    How To Cancel

    We used the app for our event and it worked great. I read how we can cancel at any time but can't find how to cancel. No directions on the app that I could easily find. How do we cancel? Also, it would be nice if we could get a print out of all the information collected from the sale such as address/phone/email to print out as well. Did I just miss that somewhere?

      Hi, you should be able to cancel from your Wix billing area. We don't manage the billing in the app as this is handled directly with Wix. You can get an export of all of your data by clicking in to an event and then Order management, and then Export orders.     Hi I have two questions that will result in us purchasing this app or not. 1. We have a couple of events (3months) at the beginning of the year. Can I cancel this app when I don't need it? 2. Our online merchant is Square - can we use them to process payments or do we need to use Stripe/Paypal? From what I have read this app seems great!

    Setting a maximum number of tickets on sale for an event

    I am very impressed with the functionality of your APP. Before I purchase it, I need to know if you can set the number of tickets. We have an auditorium that only seats 300 and I do not want to be overselling the event. Is this possible? Thanks

    Excellent product - just one downfall

    We have been selling tickets for a couple of months now and it runs pretty seamlessly The only downfall is that there isn't an automated way to record who actually attended an event. Our booking confirmation includes the QR code and it would be really cool if we had a WIX App on our mobile devices that could scan the QR codes on entry and connect to WIX Sell so we could see after the event who attended. At the moment its a manual process that could easily be automated and would add a huge amount of value to the product. Overall still an excellent product.

    The App looks good and I am considering it for my events. A few questions: How does check-in process work? Did you develop the companion app that scans the tickets at the event? How are complimentary tickets handled? If I suspend the subscription during the non-event periods, do I have to re-actvate the subscription and what happens to the prior event data?

    Good app! Hard to manage large events - will there be ticket scanning for the future?

    Very easy to set up and use, very smooth with no problems so far. Is there a way to scan the barcodes? / an app? We sell tickets for events which can climb to 200-600 sales - (not very manageable for a door list). It would be a shame to move to another platform as this one has worked so well!

    Seating Plan

    This look like an excellent app! But I just I have a few queries before purchasing. I see that it isn't possible to put a seating plan on. I would be using it for a theatre that has a stalls and balcony section - would I be able to split those tickets up when people buy them? Like on your Demo version, you have standard and VIP, could I split it into Stall and Balcony? Thanks!

    Linking to bank account

    Is it possible to link this app to the same credit card Wix charges me through without going through a third party such as PayPal?

      The app billing ($20/mo) will be charged by Wix presumably on the same credit card. To take card payments though you have to use a payment processing company.       Hi roninjm We are working on an app for this. You can export all the customer data which includes the barcode data too. This could then be imported in to a barcode scanning app but I'm afraid we don't have one we recommend. I hope this helps. Jonny

    Do Payments from customers have to go via Pay pal or can it go directly to a company bank account?

      Hi Jan, they can go to a company bank account via Stripe. Create a Stripe account and they will route the money to your bank account. They take 7 days to process the money so you will see it in your Stripe account for 7 days and then it will be sent to your bank account 7 days later. I hope this helps.     Hi I love the simple design and full wix font book but, do you think you could add more design options? Such as making the tittle/company name optional? Have the buttons be able to change colour with out changing the text info colour too? and just things along that line. Thanks!
