Sell Tickets - Not working - anyone else having this issue?

Is anyone else having problems with this app, we have no idea if this company is still going or is the app down. Can someone help or give me a clue as to where its at.? thanks

Ok whilst it's working

There is no support on this app from the developer or from WIX, it's ok whilst it's working but when it goes wrong no one responds and you can't get any help.

Simple to use & a great solution to high charging ticketing sites.

I really like using this app because it gives me total control over the tickets that I am selling. Being able to connect to my swipe account is a bonus. A suggestion that I think would work really well would be to allow for different layouts for the box office. It is currently very standard, and it would be great to customise it as you can with the rest of Wix. Overall, I am incredibly happy with this app as it allows for me to take more control of my ticket sales! 5*

I have setup the widget for each one of my events and so far looks ok but is there any way for the purchases to be added to a cart so my customers have the chance to buy tickets for deiffersnt events and only go through the payment once and not for each event separately?

Sending physical tickets instead of e-tickets

Hi, I wonder if it is possible to sell physical tickets i.e. customer pays for tickets so that this can be posted to the customer based on a generated sales summary of all sales instead of of using the eTicket feature? Daniel

Hey! we have some questions: We are having an event for 8,000 people in around 2-3 months, we are looking for options we can use for registration, the event is totally free for our customers, Also we are looking to use the scanbar code in the tickets to register the number of visitors really come to the event with the help of scanbar machines; but do we need an special type of scan machine that works with your codes? could you please let us know how this will work? Also could you please provide pricing for 8,000 tickets?

If the app sends e-tickets that are bar-coded, do guests arrive with the ticket on their phone or a printed version? If a printed version, do I need a bar-code reader to make sure people are not just photocopying one ticket?

I just reviewed the Wix-app and it is perfect so far but 2 questions, 1- can we provide selling ticket through a mobile app? 2- by using WIX site we need jut to pay $20 per months or there is more charges per sold ticket ? and also can we use the mobile app for ticket verification to make sure one person entered by one ticket ? We only sell tickets on our website and have used a shop up until now but I am about to add the Sell Tickets App. Do I need to continue with the ecommerce shop??

We love the app so far. We're running car tours for clients and love the fact they can choose from multiple half day tour options and once they buy one ticket in the group the other tickets disappear so we don't get double bookings which is great. Would love somehow to have it set up so we could offer full day tours as well as half day tours so when someone buys a full day tour event the half day tour events for that day disappear.

For my event in which tickets are not free, I prefer not to list complimentary tickets as an option that customers can choose. Will I be able to either issue complimentary tickets or have an option where customers can enter a discount code?

I have multiple events. Can I have 1 widget for different pages? For example: At the rock show event page, I have the widget selling rock show tickets and then the other page, classical show event page, it will have a widget selling classical show tickets. Is that possible?

This is a killer app. Rarely do I get excited about an application but this does it for me. Very easy setup and customization. Nice back-end with order management, reporting and exporting functions. Originally, I was going to use this for one event and cancel the software after the event. However, I believe I will keep the software and use it for our donations page. Good job building this application.
