    Absolut unbrauchbar & katastrophaler Support

    Ich kann nur dringend von dieser App abraten. Ich habe sie über Wix im Jahresabo gekauft und sie hat nicht eine einzige Sekunde funktioniert. Beim Einrichten war die App auf einer alten, falschen Domain von mir blockiert. Der Versuch, meine korrekte Domain einzugeben, wurde sofort mit der Fehlermeldung "You cannot change your website" blockiert. Damit begann ein wochenlanger Albtraum an Support-Pingpong: Der RankingCoach-Support sagte, ich müsse auf Premium upgraden (habe ich getan, half nichts!). Dann schob RankingCoach die Schuld auf Wix, da das Abo über Wix lief. Der Wix-Support schob die Schuld (nach endlosen, sinnlosen DNS-Checks) zurück zu RankingCoach. Resultat: Ich habe für ein ganzes Jahr bezahlt, die App war 100% unbrauchbar und ich musste mir eine Alternative suchen. Ich warte immer noch auf die volle Rückerstattung. Finger weg von dieser Integration!

    Peinlich

    Wenn das schon nicht funktioniert ist das wohl die größte aller Warnungen. Wie peinlich. Will man sich registrieren werden die IBAN und BLZ von der Commerzbank auf der Anmeldeseite nicht akzeptiert. Peinlich 2: trotz neuem PW, Neustart, Browser Neustart, einloggen nicht möglich..... 😂

    Used to work fine, but after the latest update it's a mess!

    loading issues; no matter how many times you publish your changes, you keep getting a yellow bar telling you that you need to resync any change you have made to Google and the directories; it keeps showing as tasks things that you already did; and the worst part: there is no option anymore to unselect media when you sync to Google and Facebook, which was one of the best advantages of this app.

    You're wasting your money

    I paid 90$ through wix! But it's impossible to enter the rankingcoach app via wix! The customer support is pointing at each other! No money and no working app for 7 days. UPDATE: No, the problem is still not solved. The $90 has neither been credited to my account nor refunded. Nor can I access the site through the Wix app. So what did you solve?

      Hello again! Sorry for the confusion. I told you it should be fixed (the access) because the IT team told me. Could you please check again? We did have some issues that we didn´t know about before you complained. That should be fixed now. Could you please let me know? As you are not our direct client and didn´t pay us, you paid Wix. You need to go to Wix support for that. I am so sorry I can´t help with that. On the other hand, I am doing my best to fix the problem on our end to make your access possible. We have a fantastic app, and it´s really sad you didn´t get to try it. I hope it´s working now! Have a good day!

    It dosnt work

    It takes so long, when trying to log in with google or face book it just keeps refreshing and noting happiness, basically a waste of time.

    Premium "360" options do NOT work.

    I did the trial period and figured there was much more to this app based on its description of the "360" version. The trial was pretty much a list of SEO task. Despite advertisement, 360 version does NOT have direct access to google ads... It does NOT automatically connect you to all these directories... There is no option to monitor any of these things. When you try to click the "get started" button, it leads you to the page to purchase a premium account. Since I already have the premium account, I cannot upgrade to anything else. I essentially have the "free" version except now I'm paying over 14 dollars for it. Help chat is not all that helpful. I've waited over a week for results to change. Will most likely ask for a refund if they cannot fix this with extension of the days that I lost.

    Una pérdida de tiempo

    Ya tenía una cuenta configurada en RankingCoach y al descarga la app he perdido toda la configuración y he tenido que crear otra cuenta. Total para nada, porque resulta que ahora no puedo conectar GMB porque mi empresa sigue conectada a la cuenta RankingCoach a la que no tengo acceso.

    Polska - wyświetliło mi przez dwa-trzy tygodnie reklamy w porach "amerykańskich". W Polsce nocą. Zwyczajne linki sponsorowane Google tylko z pięć razy drożej i po angielsku - szału nie ma. Nie polecam.
