Nicht gut!
Ich habe keine guten Erfahrungen mit RankingCoach gemacht. Registriert ist man fix, seine Daten löschen ist eine ganz andere Sache. Ich mache da jetzt schon seit einigen Wochen rum. Der Support behauptete, ich solle mich für meine Accountlöschung an Wix wenden. Wix ist aber mein Webseitenbaukastensystem, an den ich Rankingcoach angebunden hatte. Das einzige was Wix kann, ist die Rankingcoach-App zu entkoppeln. Daten bei Rankingcoach selbst kann Wix aber logischerweise nicht löschen! Siehe Screenshot. Beim Telefonsupport hat man nur eine KI dran. Profitipp: Einfach einen Button installieren, der den Kunden ermächtigt sein Konto selbst zu löschen. Ist heutzutage überall gang und gäbe. Aber gut, auch eine Art von "Kundenbindung"- nur halt mit negativem Beigeschmack. Müsst ihr wissen, wie ihr rüber kommen wollt.

Ich kann mich leider nicht anmelden
Ich bin zwar mit dem Support Kontakt aber leider konnte mir noch niemand helfen. Habe schon vor 8 Tagen bezahlt und kann die App nicht verwenden. Vielleicht bekomme ich hier Hilfe... Langsam wird es wirklich anstrengend, ich habe die Zahlung am 26.12 getätigt und das program läuft noch immer noch nicht. Ich hoffe das Jahresabo beginnt erst zu laufen wenn das Programm läuft..

I was just charge $480 for this ap without my permission while adding a payment method
I was registering and the site set up was for paypal via my Wix account and it charged me $480 without my permission. When I called customer support the number was in Algeria and no longer in service! UPDATE: I was contacted via email and they are "reviewing" my account to see if I can be refunded. In their response to this review they discount my experience by saying they dont charge anything without confirmation. Maybe they think so, but I was in the middle of setting up a free trial, confirming my email and doing a Paypal test of $1 when without even completing that process a $480 charge was made to my PayPal account that I did NOT choose or agree to. Period. That said, technology on their end can have issues.I understand that. Implying that it was my issue is just bad customer service. To date the ap still does not work in my Wix site and I have not received a refund.

Absolut unbrauchbar & katastrophaler Support
Ich kann nur dringend von dieser App abraten. Ich habe sie über Wix im Jahresabo gekauft und sie hat nicht eine einzige Sekunde funktioniert. Beim Einrichten war die App auf einer alten, falschen Domain von mir blockiert. Der Versuch, meine korrekte Domain einzugeben, wurde sofort mit der Fehlermeldung "You cannot change your website" blockiert. Damit begann ein wochenlanger Albtraum an Support-Pingpong: Der RankingCoach-Support sagte, ich müsse auf Premium upgraden (habe ich getan, half nichts!). Dann schob RankingCoach die Schuld auf Wix, da das Abo über Wix lief. Der Wix-Support schob die Schuld (nach endlosen, sinnlosen DNS-Checks) zurück zu RankingCoach. Resultat: Ich habe für ein ganzes Jahr bezahlt, die App war 100% unbrauchbar und ich musste mir eine Alternative suchen. Ich warte immer noch auf die volle Rückerstattung. Finger weg von dieser Integration!

Funktioniert nicht richtig
Ich habe die App jetzt seid 2 Jahren habe immer schön meine 60 Euro bezahlt im Jahr aber einige Aufgaben die man dort machen soll Funktionieren überhaupt nicht. Man soll den Meta Text bearbeiten man nimmt ein KI Vorschlag vom System und er sagt immer noch Aufgabe nicht erfüllt. Also ich habe die App gekündigt weil ich nicht mehr einsehe für Sachen zu bezahlen die nicht Funktionieren. Ich hatte bei der Bearbeitung mal 100 % erreicht mittlerweile bin ich wieder bei 70% kann aber auch nichts bearbeiten. Man soll sich Backlinks von Seiten holen die mit meiner Sache gleich 0 zu tun haben. Sehr seltsam ich werde mich weiter umschauen.

Doesn't do much if you already have a google business profile or social media accounts. Instead wants to erase everything you have and start new profiles, not link and connect to current profiles, so the "scan your profiles and website" is a lie and comes up with terrible selections and if you don't check each step you will lose anything you had previously done.

0 Sterne! Wenn man die App hinzufügt und sich quasi anmeldet, bekommt man zur Verfizierung eine E-Mail von Rankig Coach um seine E-Mail Adresse zu bestätigen. Wenn man die E-Mail Adresse bestätigt kommt man auf die Seite von Ranking Coaching wo da steht Testphase für rankingCoach 360. Ich habe dann herausgefunden, dass man nach Ablauf dieser Testphase man kündigen muss oder man wird automatisch Abbonnent mit einem kostenpflichtigen Abo. Was ich ich hier vorallem bemängele ist auch das bevor man seine Daten angibt, niergends angegeben wird, wie lange die Testphase dauert. Dieses Vorgehen betrachte ich als ein Lockvogel Angebot, da es eine Handlung von einem erzwingt, wenn man ausschliesslich ein kostenloses Angebot erhalten möchte!

I started and stopped the process because they don't give you the option whether or not you want your address listed. My business is online; therefore, they don't need my exact address. I was comfortable with listing my state but NOT my city. You can not complete the process unless you PIN your address. No thanks.
