CANNOT ADD IMAGES OR MAKE BASIC CHANGES

There is no scrollbar to see the rest of the editing options so you can't customize as needed, even with the paid option. No customer support. Chatbot goes to error page. Terrible app.

I've been trying for an hour to update the picture and the link, but neither option is available. It's wasting my time and money to have this on my website. Very frustrating!

literally the worst app.. I can't even get a refund, It was my fault I paid for a yearly subscription.. it doesn't even work properly on phones and when it does it looks sooooo bad, its a joke. I wish I saw all the bad reviews before paying.you would think, the phone pop up would look better since most customers go on their phones more.... the most brainless app

I should have looked at the reviews. This app is terrible.

Waste of money - special mobile version which is most important

Desktop app was OK. The issue is when I started the mobile one. Expecting same template to be applied in mobile (but not possible), when I added in mobile pulled down all my content (instead of real pop up was appeared as part of the site content. I deleted one hour after I paid for premium.

Looks like something its not

This app looks good on desktop. But on mobile looks awful and the function options it gives you don't work. I ordered today and would love to get my money back as its advertising functions that dont work.

Horrible! Glitches!!! Not Worth the $$.

We paid 29.99US for this 3rd party app and everything was working well until the day our website went live. Whenever the pop up would show NOBODY would be able to "X" out of it. My clients would have to refresh the page at least 3-5 times and sometimes it just wouldn't work at all which would then lead any customer away from our website. We have contacted the app by email because there is NO phone # I could find for a full refund because we cancelled the app as it wasn't working at all and have not heard back. Its been at least 3 weeks!!!! Very disappointed as the customer service or rather lack there of has been horrible. WIX couldn't help me either when I called customer service.

Lixo. nao funciona

ao instalar esse app tudo é lindo. Basta voce salvar e voltar a edição do site, que pronto! nenhuma alteração mais é salva, e o único pop up que aparece no seu site, é a tela de exemplo. Ridiculo! Não tem opção para desinstalar e reinstalar sem cancelar o plano de pagamento. Paguei para ter acesso a nada.

Beyond Annoying

Despite adjusting the lumifish settings to "minimize in editor" it continues to hove and completely obstruct my vies in the wix editor. Makes it impossible to effectively edit your site. Completely worthless- esp after paying for the upgraded version.

DO NOT USE - I installed the app all going fine for 2 days then BOOM the mobile POP up stop working after i accidentally deleted it. i contacted the developers who tried to fix the problem with stupid remedy's after a couple of emails they come back and said you need to have the premium version to get the mobile feature. So after i explained that i never purchased they premium version and it was working now all of a sudden i need to have the full version even tho it doesn't state that in the free or premium feature when purchasing. So i purchased the app for a month just to see if it works and it didn't. Stay away from this do not use you will be disappointed

Doesn't work

I've edited this free template 3 times, previewed fine. When I published to my web site my template didn't save any of the 3 times. Waste of my time.

I hate this app

I have been trying to remove it from my page but can't, and it is not the least bit intuitive. Even after I cancelled my subscription there's no place to remove the pop up. horrible.

Popup messed up formatting of mobile site and showed again upon restarting browser

Activating the popup on the mobile version of our wix site messed up the formatting of the header on all pages. Had to delete the app and revert the page to fix the issue. Another concern is that the popup loaded each time the browser was restarted even though it was set to load only once per popup update (or once per month). On the plus side, the setup was intuitive and the results were attractive.

Wow

Why would Wix carry a product with such bad reviews? It reflects poorly on the Wix brand and Wix can't be making any real money with it.

La he usado con anterioridad y funcionó en su momento bien, pero ahora, al cargar información nueva no actualiza y cuando publico aparece la información base de lumifish, no la información que quiero publicar.

CANNOT REMOVE

Does not work as described and customer support is almost non-existent.

Pop-up for mobile didn't work. The customer support were not interested in providing a solution, only on giving advice on how to set it up (which I had already done). Pop-up for the main site works OK but it could be a lot more user friendly. Wix Code may be a better and free option.

Brown circle in the middle

Why is there a Giant brown circle with an exclamation mark in the middle of the popup? Does that disappear once it is published? If not , then that is pretty messed up.

I installed the app only to learn that it does not suit my needs. Now I would like to delete it, but it is not on "My app list". The pop up is shown every time I visit my page editor now and it annoys me! The header/footer is on!

Poor

Good design but poor functionality. All I need it to collect emails and have an automated email response. Unfortunately this doesn't work.

Used to work great...

It used to work great and was very happy with it. But recently the App stopped popping up, stopped saving the changes I was making and cannot even get it to pop up in the editor page. I have deleted it and re-installed it several times but did not fix the problem. Such a shame.

Canceled my subscription and turned "off" the pop-up display, but it still shows on mobile devices (even after clearing cache from mobile browser.)

While this looked pretty good on a desktop it looks terrible on a mobile device, deleted the app from my site, a waste of time

Doesn't work anymore

I used lumifish pop-up a couple of months & it was great. But today I tried over & over again to no avail. I searched for answers in wix customer support and found other customers had issues. I don't know if this is a wix or lumifish issue. I can add the app, edit the app, but when I return after preview, I can't find it anymore to do more editing.
