   I did the free trial and then later discovered without my approval I was being charged for it and didn't even have an account with them.

   App doesn't work

   App has not been working for over a week and vcita admits it's a known glitch in their system, but has done nothing to fix it. Meanwhile, I can't collect payments on my website. FRUSTRATING!!

   Terrible - don't waste your time

   Wouldn't let me do different payment amounts for different services I offer. Then also just reverted to the basic nothing button when I just used it for one serviced. I paid for an upgrade thinking that was the problem. It wasn't. Found an app that actually works - the PAYPAL payments button. After trying to use the paid version for less than an hour, they won't provide a refund. Daylight robbery.

   Horrible Button

   When you choose this button or any of the wix buttons, you will never think you anyone could be so stupid in developing a payment button. The amount part of the payment form forces you to put in a fixed amount. They didn't think the box should be blank allowing clients or customers or patients pay what ever is outstanding or what ever they owe you. In the developers tiny and empty skulls, they thought surely a payment must be a fixed amount. I dont know what planet they live in but it is so so so so stupid, you will try to navigate and manipulate it to no avail because you wouldnt want to believe anyone could be so stupid developing a payment button with a fixed amount and no other options to pay other amounts. Secondly, they dont think service businesses exists and they developed this with sales in mind. Gosh i could have rated this useless button negative 1000.

   Shady verification Tactics

   I am using Wix to invoice clients and collect payments. Once I was asked to verify my account and I did. I submitted my bank statement and they approved my account. Now that I am receiving more payments, I am constantly being asked to verify my account which holds up the time for me to receive my money. This is too much. If I am not changing the bank I use, why am I constantly being asked to verify the same bank account, which slows down my disbursement time. Pay pal does not even do all of this. I would recommend using PayPal, or another payment system. No one has time to continuously worry about if Wix has decided to hold their funds, because they need to verify the same information they have supposedly verified before.

Our app connects with your PayPal account to funnel payments to your PayPal account, however we do not actually process payments or manage the transfer of funds from PayPal to your bank account.    Flexible plugin for anyone.

   As a person that is not familiar with the whole design and setup of websites, I was able to set up this plugin within 20 minutes or so. Also, love the currency support. 26 and counting!

   I like it very much, very costumizable plugin.

   The main thing I prefer Online Payment Button is because it allows you to customize the button with your website design and fit my needs. Important aspect here is that the plugin has mobile view integration so it fits the theme of my website even when visited from a phone browser. The second thing is allowing custom payments, which gives me the option to also receive tips.

   Excellent plugin, hope you add crypto!

   Loved the plugin, easy to install and set up with what I need. I currently use it one two different websites and I hope that in the near future you guys add crypto as payment too.

    The main reason I'm using this plugin is because they offer a mobile application. I can track payments even when I'm not in my office.

    Very good Stripe alternative

    I started on adding Stripe as my payment process on my website but I though I might find something useful on Wix plugin market. I found this plugin and after a week of using it, I can say that it does fit my needs perfectly.

    Very important plugin for subsciption based websites

    I run a small subscription based website for a marketing service. Through this plugin I can easily accept different payment methods without the need of having different plugins for each specific payment method.

       Hi there! Looks like Paypal may not be available in Turkey! Our app allows you to connect with Stripe, Square or Paypal, but we do not have control over their fees, policies or coverage areas.     Wix Payments is a disgrace

    I set up wix payments and entered all details and was immediately allowed to receive payments from customers. I did so almost instantly assuming that the account had been verified. in fat it hadnt and almost 1 month on still hasnt. This therefore means they can hold onto the money and not release it. Wix Payments should NOT allow any person to receive money until the account has bene verified. It is criminal and now I cannot get any assitance from anyone at the moment apart from sections copied and pasted from there site that I have already used. There seems to be no online chat help or call number for this section of Wix - it is an utter disgrace.

       Hey, the button you just rated is provided by vcita (and not by Wix). In case you created an account on vcita.com to use our button we kindly request that you email our support team to support@vcita.com. Please note that vcita just provide the integration to the different gateways -PayPal/Square/Stripe. Vcita does not have access to the money transferred on the different gateways and therefore can NOT hold money to its clients.     Bad Service

    The service has not been working with internet explorer for DAYS....during our biggest fundraising period. Our small charity is losing hundreds of dollars and all vCita support can say is "we're sorry and we are working on the problem" Currently looking for another provider that i can implement ASAP before we lose more money

    FRAUD

    Site said there were ZERO % taken from your credit transactions, just pay for the plan. I paid for the plan and am now getting a larger percentage taken from my payments than paypal was charging!! In response to your response : When signing up for the wix business plan, ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE did it state I would recieve fees from the third party payment processor. Wix and friends made it APPEAR as if wix stores themselves were the processor stating a zero percent fee. Be up front open and honest with your clients, you are completely disrespectful greedy con artist snakes. I own a business and am 100% up front about my pricing. I do not lie and trick my clients into giving my friends companies money while pretending it is all done through my business. Will never be doing business with you again and will ensure no one else does. Big mistake.

While vCita does not charge any fees, you will still pay the fees charged by your payment processor.     Stay away, they are thieves

    I thought how easy use wix payments....... not they are horrible if you expect it to work think again. Then when it dose I had a charge back never sent a email a call nothing until they sent me a email saying my payment account was closed. I emailed them because they don’t allow phone calls I was told by wix. Well I have emailed them 2 times and that takes 2 days for a response normally avoiding the answer. End of the story the refunded the customer and say it has been to long now for me to do anything about it I lose the money customer Keeps there product and I have a website that didn’t work now. If you want to keep you business running and your money in your pocket stay away from this horrible company
