Hello! The Online Payment Button has unlimited payments per month without a testing period. You will want to make sure you are joining vcita through the widget in order to have the unlimited payments. If you need other features though besides payments, you can view our pricing page and compare features here: vcita.com/pricing. Additionally, we do have a 14-day free trial that you can signup on vcita.com and you can experience the mulitple features we offer to help you run your business. No, vCita does not take additional transaction fees. Only your chosen gateway (Stripe or PayPal) will charge you their normal transaction fees.

Confused
Everything seemed fine until I decided to go through the process to see if it worked. Once I clicked on continue to payment the page goes blank. Tried it on 2 devices and did the same thing. If this could be fixed I'd love to keep this on my site.

Not customisable
This is a great app but i cant use it as i cant customise more settings in it, if i was even able to change the "notes" tabe to be an address box like literally just change the neame of the boxes i would pay for this and use np but atm its no good for me

While the notes field during scheduling cannot be changed, it is an optional field and you can instead create your own custom fields with any name that you require. Free Plan to start with
I started to create an account because so that I can fill the other payment settings but it automatically defaults to Premium Plan. I expected it to default to the Free plan option and if I decide later I wanted the Premium option I could upgrade then, Could you please advise how to set up the Free plan option

Can vCita online payment handle large credit card transactions?
Our law firm used the free trial with vCita for client scheduling and it works great, we are now considering accepting credit card payment; however, when searching credit card processing service there's usually a service fee per each transactions but reading the vCita package offers it says free? How does this work? Can vCita handle large transactions between $450 up to $50,000? Thank you!

Hello, Thank you for question, we appreciate it! The free version of vCita and the Online Scheduling Plan will allow for up to $300 per rolling 30 day period. All plans that are higher than the Online Scheduling Plan allow for unlimited payments. vCita does not charge transaction fees, but our partners such as Stripe and PayPal do charge transaction fees of ~2.9% + ~.30 cents per transaction. After creating a Stripe or PayPal account, you can enter the credentials into your vCita account. Thank you again for your question!

i have online store, can i use this to get payment from my customers via master card without paypal, not every one in my country no how to use paypal

vCita works with Stripe (credit card processing) and PayPal so if those are available in Nigeria you could use it. However vCita is better suited to service providers rather than e-commerce stores, so may not be ideal for your business.

We are having trouble tracking membership payments. Other payments clearly shows payor name and credit card number whereas the membership payments shows everything BUT the name of the payor. I was going to contact you about this but am using this opportunity to ask for help with this problem.

Bonjour, Ceci est plus une question pour Wix, nous permettons la connexion à Wix pour les sites Web, pas sûr de leur côté s'ils limitent l'intégration avec vCita pour l'option panier d'achat de leur côté.

I love it but.....
I love the design for the button but the only thing that i hate and is kinda frustrating which makes this almost impossible to use is that i can't have different buttons . They all update to the same button design.
