   Hello! The Online Payment Button has unlimited payments per month without a testing period. You will want to make sure you are joining vcita through the widget in order to have the unlimited payments. If you need other features though besides payments, you can view our pricing page and compare features here: vcita.com/pricing. Additionally, we do have a 14-day free trial that you can signup on vcita.com and you can experience the mulitple features we offer to help you run your business.    No, vCita does not take additional transaction fees. Only your chosen gateway (Stripe or PayPal) will charge you their normal transaction fees.

While the notes field during scheduling cannot be changed, it is an optional field and you can instead create your own custom fields with any name that you require.    Hello, Thank you for question, we appreciate it! The free version of vCita and the Online Scheduling Plan will allow for up to $300 per rolling 30 day period. All plans that are higher than the Online Scheduling Plan allow for unlimited payments. vCita does not charge transaction fees, but our partners such as Stripe and PayPal do charge transaction fees of ~2.9% + ~.30 cents per transaction. After creating a Stripe or PayPal account, you can enter the credentials into your vCita account. Thank you again for your question!

   vCita works with Stripe (credit card processing) and PayPal so if those are available in Nigeria you could use it. However vCita is better suited to service providers rather than e-commerce stores, so may not be ideal for your business.

   Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. vCita is working as a gateway. The payment account is through either Stripe or PayPal. Unfortunately both do not support accounts out of Iraq, so if you are located of there there will not be a way for you to collect online payments using vCita for now.    The payments we accept are directly related to the payment processing gateways we work with: Stripe.com and PayPal. These three, in particular, are unsupported by PayPal at this time, so we cannot allow them in our current interface. We're working on solutions that will offer more flexibility in the future.

There are other ways to customize this as well, depending on your subscription level. If your client pays you, they will pay with the currency you select in your vCita account (US dollars) and the invoice will appear in USD as well. As for premium accounts, you can select to pay for a monthly, which will be charged every month, or pay once for an annual subscription. The advantage of an annual plan is that is costs less. PayPal does not support payment processing in Kenyan Shilling, however Stripe may allow payments to be accepted in Kenyan Shilling in certain countries. Hope this helps!    With vCita Free package, you can accept online payments of up to $300 every month. As long as your starting balance is under $300, the charge will process. However, any payment that comes through once you have reached $300 will not be accepted in that billing month. Once you've reached your monthly limit, your clients will not be able to pay you online. We will make sure to notify you when this happens.
