    hello does this app work with stores from Iraq!?

      Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. vCita is working as a gateway. The payment account is through either Stripe or PayPal. Unfortunately both do not support accounts out of Iraq, so if you are located of there there will not be a way for you to collect online payments using vCita for now.     Hi! I want to install this app but I need to know before if it will support payments made on Guatemaltecan Quetzal, Dominican Peso and Colombian Peso. Thanks, B

      The payments we accept are directly related to the payment processing gateways we work with: Stripe.com and PayPal. These three, in particular, are unsupported by PayPal at this time, so we cannot allow them in our current interface. We're working on solutions that will offer more flexibility in the future.

      Absolutely! You can set up a payments link to allow your visitors and members to donate whatever they wish, or create a button for a specific amount. There are other ways to customize this as well, depending on your subscription level.     Hola, debo enviar facturas en dólares a mis clientes en Argentina. Podrán usar sus tarjetas de crédito habituales? Veo que no aceptan pesos argentinos pero la factura estará en dólares de USA Otra pregunta, si deseo transferir directamente el dinero cobrado a mi cuenta bancaria en euros, ustedes convierten la moneda? Cuál es el costo? Me cobran en el premium por cada venta o fijo mensual más allá de la cantidad de transacciones? Gracias

      Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. Indeed we unfortunately do not support Argentinian Peso. If your client pays you, they will pay with the currency you select in your vCita account (US dollars) and the invoice will appear in USD as well. As for premium accounts, you can select to pay for a monthly, which will be charged every month, or pay once for an annual subscription. The advantage of an annual plan is that is costs less.     dear wix I have one question why is it that you have only two pay methods, creditcard and paypal ? can you integrate more paymethods ? it would attract more customers to the webshops. Like in the netherlands they use Ideal and all over the world many other paymethods. please can you clear that out for me I could not find any customer service to ask the question. so I wrote down here thank you

      Hello! vCita does not limit the countries that can use our app - however, our payment processors (PayPal and Stripe) do. You will want to check out their account limitations to find out which one will work for your business.

PayPal does not support payment processing in Kenyan Shilling, however Stripe may allow payments to be accepted in Kenyan Shilling in certain countries. Hope this helps!     how to connect with Stripe?

    I add this App but I don't get how to connect with my Stripe account to my Wix website by linking them with my stripe API key. Also I try to looking for help or support center how to do it.

      Thank you for writing us. You should not need to connect your vCita and Stripe account using the API because Stripe payment processing is native to vCita.     Does this tool work for Ghana?

    I am in the US and someone in Ghana wants to pay for for consulting. PayPal does not work there. Would Stripe through this app work for Ghana?

      Hello! According to Stripe's website if you are in a country that accepts Stripe payments (which you are - the US) you are able to accept payments from anywhere in the world. You can take a look at their support forums at support.stripe.com

      There is not a split payment option at this time. However we do offer invoicing, so you can invoice your clients any amount at any time (and thus achieve a split payment).

    300$ limit

    Hi, what happens if a customer sends me 400$ at once and I have a free account? Is the money held on my name until I become a paid member? Or is the money/payment rejected?

      With vCita Free package, you can accept online payments of up to $300 every month. As long as your starting balance is under $300, the charge will process. However, any payment that comes through once you have reached $300 will not be accepted in that billing month. Once you've reached your monthly limit, your clients will not be able to pay you online. We will make sure to notify you when this happens.
