Can't operate from mobile
The button is perfectly working well with the desktop version but is not working on mobile phone. Also, can you please confirm if there's a limit of transaction amount through the button in India?

Gets the job done for custom payments!
Vcita has been a great solution for our website to setup a way for our users to make custom payments on our website. Square does not have a native way of doing this, so Vcita has come to our rescue! PayPal allows customs payments for users, but their new “no fee refunds” has caused us to stop using their merchant service (same with Stripe). Thank you Square & Vcita for not being lame! I would rate the app 5-stars, but Vcita doesn’t allow complete customization of the payment form, only partial customization.

Great app but ...
This app is great for collecting payments ! However, it is not really free because there is a payment limit of € 300 per month. It's not clear before installing. I am a small business and I cannot subscribe to an additional platform because it is expensive.

Many to Many payments.
Have you an option to make payments from clients to differents sellers (Many to Many).? The idea is a platform where sellers offer differents things, and clients can buy directly from them, the money goes directly to sellers (less the fees). Thank you,

Hi there, Thanks for your review! What vcita does is integrate with a payment gateway of your choice: currently we support Stripe, Square and Paypal. While vcita does not charge any transaction fees, you will still pay the fees associated with your chosen payment gateway. For example, if you have used all of your online bookings, you will need to upgrade to the next available subscription. At this time, I'm not sure about discounts. This information is typically used for clients who are paying for appointments or services that you have set up and they would go through either Stripe or PayPal. Need confirmation
I have a Premium Basic Business plan for my site, if I apply this app to my site, does it mean that I already have access to the premium services of this app (e.g. the ability to receive more than $300 per month) or do I then have to pay an additional subscription to vCita to be able to take in more than $300. And am I then subject to the fees of Stripe? As it seems the only option to accept payments through their services or is there a button that I cannot find which will allow a customer to make a credit card payment which flows through WIX and is deposited weekly to my nominated bank account and not through a third party?

On the free plan you can collect up to $300/month in payments from your clients. This can be in one or multiple payments. Each month the count is reset. If you need to collect more than $300/month then I recommend one of our paid plans.

Hello! You can connect your vCita account either to Stripe or to PayPal. Stripe does not appear to work in the Ivory Coast, but a short internet search shows that PayPal does work in the Ivory Coast. You can use PayPal with vCita.

Hello! vCita allows you to connect either to PayPal or to Stripe, but not to both at the same time. However, PayPal allows clients to pay using credit card, as well. Stripe, on the other hand, connects directly to your bank account. I'm not a representative of Stripe, but a quick google search did show that Stripe work in Brazil: https://stripe.com/br/pricing

Hello, Edgar! vCita is not a payment processor itself, and such does not take any fees or commissions on your clients' transactions. vCita allows you to connect to either PayPal or Stripe for the purposes of collection, and they do take their own fees and commissions. Hi there. Thank you for asking. The vCita platform can be used as a gateway to payments via Stripe or PayPal and all the funds would be processed and managed through those providers. Any extra charges would be charges that these providers take for their services. vCita will not be charging further on credit card payments. Kind regards.

Credit card payments through Stripe
Very easy tool. The only issue that we've run into is the dollar amount being paid can't include the comma if it's 4 digits or more. Otherwise, super easy and I'm very happy with the program as well as level of customer service. :)

Can you add an administrative fee for customers that choose to use the online payment option?

We do not currently have an option to add a transaction fee for services you have configured as "suggest to pay" when a customer elects to pay online. Other customers have resolved this by listing two variants of services, one for in-person payment, and another for online in order to offer discounts, higher rates, etc. If you have further questions or need additional clarification, please use the "Contact Us" button within your vCita dashboard to open a ticket with our support team. I'm using you through my Wix website- 300/month for online payments and unlimited for Premium-?
Through Wix, it says if I use this app, it allows free Stripe and Paypal useage, no extra fees with your FREE version within Wix. But further down it says accepting online payments in the FREE package are $300/month. Is 'online payments' referring to the Stripe/Paypal useage or other forms of online payment like credit cards/debit card? Please clarify as we would love to incorporate this feature into our site! We provide a payment gateway service with invoicing and transaction tracking tools via your choice of Stripe or PayPal. We don't collect any fees during the transaction, so your cost for the transaction will vary depending on the current rates with Stripe and PayPal. The $300/month is a transaction limit. In that version, you are restricted to $300 in transactions on a rolling month.

I added 2 buttons for two different events/different amount of payments but want to upgrade. Do I have to upgrade each button to have better invoices or upgrading one will be sufficient to have all buttons with the upgraded versions? I wish there were more screenshot samples in the overview with different levels of upgrade so we can see and compare.

Thanks for the review! vCita works with PayPal and Stripe as our payment providers. You will want to double check with them to ensure that they work in your country. That said, you can only set one currency using these providers so while you can accept payments from anywhere in the world, you are only able to set your services and payments in a single currency.

Thanks for the review. The payment icons are all the possible types of payments vCita's system can accept, which includes PayPal. Stripe does not accept PayPal payments. If you would like to allow payments through PayPal you will need to have your vCita account linked to them and not Stripe.

Thanks for your review! You can add multiple buttons with payment links embedded. You create a button using the Wix design, and grab your link from Publish > Email, Links & Buttons in your vCita Dashboard. You can customize this link for each button. However, any payment that comes through once you have reached $300 will not be accepted in that billing month. 2. There is a $1 minimum payment amount, so $0.99 will not be accepted.
