    Outdated function

    This is a great service with an easy to understand webapp to navigate through. I was enjoying using it until I began to format my after sale email template. Unless you pay for a premium upgrade(and extra $12 a month on top of the basic plan), you need to to code your own template if you want to color, bolden, paragraph or dot point the text. How ridiculous! Very disappointing!!!

At the basic (Essentials) plan level, you are able to customize some of the auto-reply messages that gets sent out to the client under Settings > Auto Client Messages You have access to some basic formatting options such as bold, text color and hyperlinking. If you would like even more control over all the client email templates and advanced formatting, you can upgrade to the Business level.     Its says free ???

    it says free for 14 days and after that. I can't find information about real pricing

    Seems like you can only add 1 unique button

    I tried adding multiple buttons but seems like you can only have one button

    Ecommerce

    Does this work with e-commerce? I had trouble connecting it to my stripes website. And I was told it doesn’t work with an e-commerce. Is this true?

      You can charge online for services when booked, or invoice clients for payments later which can be done online or in some other format outside vcita (cash, wire etc). You can create separate payment links/buttons for anything, but there isn't shopping cart functionality. Currently the payment gateways we support are Stripe, Square and PayPal.

    Is it possible to integrate with other processors like First Data?

      Hello there, Thank you so much for reaching out. Great question here! Normally, you could use Zapier to connect other 3rd party Software to vCita with no issues. Since First Data is more of a payment process, it does not appear you can do this. Our current payment processes are with Stripe or PayPal at this time. Please let us know if you need anything else!
