    Doesn't aggregate historic data

    Considering that the reason you are likely to want to use this is because you have a deep strata of sales data that you need to pull apart you should know that this only seems to work from point of integration so all that data that you've built up will be useless. This should be clearly stated before purchase I cannot recommend this product on that basis - which is a shame as it seems that its probably very useful once you have 2 years worth of data

    free version is useless, counts my own views.

    First I was glad to see 50 views of my new shop which is online for about one week only. But I was suspecting it counts my own views. I decided to check, viewed my own shop 4 times, then checked the statistics by refreshing the statistics page. Yes, the number increased 4 times. Threw it in the trash.

    Amazing App

    This app has all the information you need to understand how much traffic your website is obtaining without all the other complicated information which clutters up the screen. The customer support is amazing and once I send them a problem, they fix it and reply within a few hours.

    There is a problem with the app

    I love store metric and have been using it for so long. There is a problem with it this month, every time i try to open the app it says; Hmm...looks like we hit a snag. Please click reload to try again. Even though I paid for the app and thought this was a temporary problem because of a internet connection but it has been two weeks, i tried to contact store metrics with sending email and did not receive an answer. I want to know why the app does not work and would like to use the app that i payed for. Please help! Thank you
