poor quality software and delayed customer service response
Thought this app would work. Unfortunately, even the basic functionality was buggy. The responses from customer service were somewhat delayed even for simple questions.

It is not free
It is easy to use but it is not free as they said it would be. It requires money to let people download the app.

It is free to review to ensure you are happy with it. As outlined Apple charges an annual fee of $99 to have an app in the App Store. To ensure that we continue to provide this service for our customers we need to cover our costs which we would hope you would understand. Only with your valued support will we also gain efficiencies and look to generate a return that makes it work for all.

It is hard to work on it
I thought it will be easy 3 steps but it didn't work this way. I wanted to make app from my wix site, but in app preview there is a computer desktop version, not a mobile version so it doesn't work and look good. Is there any way to change it?

very basic
very basic not really as described at all, the sites dont integrate at all you pretty much have to rebuild your entire site on the app on very basic settings

Not exactly what I thought it was
It doesn't exactly use your website to build your app. It's not what I thought it was going to do which I was hoping was to somehow dynamically pull your site colors menus and buttons and help you to rearrange them in app form. Instead, choosing to "use your site" for a certain page just creates an embedded iframe type of deal that just shows your actual website page. Otherwise the other features seem simple and easy enough if you want to design your app from scratch, but then it's no different from any other app designing program/service and I wasn't looking to design from scratch.

-How long its will take to launch the app of both Android and IOS ? -Where i can see the mockup from the App? I only can see the colors theme and menu.

Android apps are published within 1-2 days. Apple apps take longer - you will need to register a developer account with Apple which can take some time - once this is done, it usually takes approximately 3 days for your app to be published. You should be able to see a preview of your app in your My Mobile App Dashboard. If you're having any issues, please contact our support team support@mymobileapp.online and have them assist you. Let them know it's you by adding "WIX REVIEW MGAALOK" to the subject field.

Very limited and expensive!
The app is promising, however, it does not deliver enough taking into account the price they charge. Even more important, the App Preview does not show how customised pages appear on the app. So you cannot see how it looks like before paying. Another big limitation is that you cannot add personalised content at the home page. It only allows adding an image or logo. I hope you can improve this details and hopefully reduce the monthly price. It is extremelly expensive for small business that do not sell products.

Menus are missing
My app is missing the menu to switch between the pages. I've already tried to republish my site and reload the app and it didn't work. I have the free version so I could test the app out before I pay $19.99 a month to have it available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. What's going on?!

It's confusing getting approved for Apple (iOS)
I feel like I've spent a lot of money upgrading and trying to get approved for Apple. It's confusing to tell if I should be doing all of the work and updates such as paying $99 to get listed as a developer account on Apple, If this is managed by Wix, or if MyMobile App is working behind the scenes... more updates and communication is strongly recommend. I would also like an update on the status of my website becoming an app. Thank you. I have submitted a support ticket.

Apple is difficult. We would love to do all the work for you, and make the whole experience easy, but Apple insists on the app owner making the account themselves. We thank you for your feedback regarding greater communication throughout the process. We are currently revisiting our processes and will take this feedback on board. The preview shows full screen with all the website buttons but on my huawie p20 it does not show the full page

Great app but...
It is a great app, but what is the point of it because you have to UPGRADE to even LIST YOUR APP in the APP STORE!!! Please make it free and i will use it!

No answers
Getting the app built and available on Google Play was a breeze. Upgrading to the Apple App Store has been a nightmare! After an attempt by support to restart the entire process I am still unable to upgrade for my iOS customers! And... am receiving NO support or answers! I wouldn't recommend this app. Update..... This is still CRAP! After receiving a response to this review from Appswiz, I contacted them. I have received a response telling me the issue was resolved. Now, everytime I click "upgrade" it upgrades me to the same Gold level I've been at for weeks and does not upgrade me to the iOS level!! I'm about to ask for a refund and go elsewhere! I'm loosing customers by not having the iOS app!!

Poor customer service
After reading the recent review, We know we are not alone now. We subscribed to premium service on June 12, Android was done in few days later. For IOS, it takes forever after few revisions. Today is Aug 17 and iOS app is still not available. Sent few emails to follow-up but no response at all. The is poor customer service. We understand Apple hasn't approved it yet for whatever reason (maybe iOS11 release), but you can at least keep us posted and not leaving us unattended (After last update from July 27, I emailed few times to followup) not happy with your service. The Android app's menu also screw up, not fixed after few tickets opened.
